Terrible customer service. When you walk up to the register the people standing there don't even look at you or say hello. They just start ringing your items. Um okay. And no they weren't busy folding clothes or doing anything else that I was interrupting.

Workers are really nice. Since I went for back to school shopping, it was extra crowded and the changing rooms were chaotic with nobody to help. There would be one person in and out of the dressing rooms to help. But since it's back to school shopping what else can you expect. Last thing is they did have a very big sale and that was amazing. 40% off everything. But since I came during the most crowded time of the year, can't leave a bad rating as it's not there fault that it was crowded like crazy.

Went to this location when I was in the area visiting from CA. Great location and Hollister had a sale that Saturday I walked in. Store is nice and clean. The reason I gave it a 2 because no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I found a shirt and went up to the register. There were about 4 associates behind the counter and not one of them looked at me or acknowledged me. After a few minutes, one associate asked if I needed to try on my shirt with a resting B face. It really seemed she did not want to be there. I'm pretty sure she was a manager or an assistant. No customer service skills whatsoever. I won't be shopping here again.

Staff didn't acknowledge us, didn't ask if we needed help. They advertise bigger sizes but the biggest size they had was a size 9

Very surprised Hollister is here. This location is brand new. Took my daughter in and she was shopping so much clothes. Store is absolutely clean and staff are friendly.
