Every employee walking past me makes no eye contact and does not acknowledge that I need help. When I ask your paint employee where the rags where, he points toward the aisle and says one word to me, “there.” Then proceeds to stare at his phone. It wasn’t where he pointed. I actually had to walk half way down the aisle and finally found what I was looking for. Good god, customer service is non existent here. This is insane to me. I will be shopping online next time and avoid the frustration.

Update: ? I painted a little of new color below nail/to sides within the hour and it looks perfect! Huge thank you to Gabriel, especially, and Jared too. You were both so amazing to work with!I stop in this store frequently, sometimes daily, to check for oops paint. It seems like less of a commitment and I find colors I love from time to time. In the past, when I have needed to color match, the machine has been unavailable and I have had to go to the HD off Craig. The first time a little over a year ago and then maybe 6 months ago. Both times with several cans of paint to match. The 2nd time may have been because I was dropping kid at school. That store is ridiculously meticulous and amazing at paint matching. Every match has been perfect except one oops I bought was exterior and I had them make interior. It was a little off, but on me and I was painting in a different room so it wasn't the end of the world. It will be when I need to match each color and I hope they listen and don't try to rely on what is in system...two different colors. On Saturday, I needed a color match and didn't feel like driving across town. I headed into the store and the person helping me was great, but the paint was not too cooperative. 3rd try, he thought he had it. When I placed on wall in a couple places the next day, it was definitely NOT a match. It was too light. On Sunday, I went back in and chatted with Gabriel. He was amazingly patient and kind as I was disappointed in spending $60 on paint that didn't match. I may have had enough to finish the job, but we ran out of texture on Black Friday so I needed some repairs. Our textured walls also tend to have pinprick spots weeks later. I need the paint to match. Gabriel tried working with what I had, then found a matching swatch, made that paint, and then darkened it. He and Jared were working together to figure this out on my behalf and, in the end, they may have gotten it. It sure looks like it based on the new they painted on old. I have not had a chance to get it on the wall yet, but will update. Regardless, they literally did everything they could. I tossed receipts by accident, but told them I would give them a shout out and they 100% deserve it. It takes time and patience...and they were genuinely nice and helpful. Please recognize their efforts! I only have pic so far of the color that didn't match...to the right of the clock. This was 2 and 4 hours after painting. It was obvious. The last photo was ripped off old can and has new paint on one side. It looks as good as they could have gotten.

Okay but why are the ratings so low when is this the best Home Depot we have ever been to? Seriously. I mean, yeah they have the same stuff as all the other ones but the other ones don't have employees as cool as this store does. 99% of the employees here were awesome. The other 1% was the unfriendly, scrubby dude named Henry in the gardening department who was not interested in helping us. We went in looking for a Christmas tree and hubby asked him if he or someone else could help us open up a tree so we could see it. They were all tied up tight and you know how it is-- can't see the shape of it or if it has bald spots or what not when it's all locked tight like that. Dude said, "naw we can't open them up." Hubby was like, "we want to see the tree. I don't want to buy something I can't really see'" but dude kept saying, "naw man, can't open 'em up. Can't let you see 'em. Can't do nothin." Hubby asked another employee and the scrubby guy rushed over and was like, "naw man we can't do nothin" Fortunately a nice female employee in gardening stepped in and said, "you want to see it? Fine I'll let you see it." She called over two other men to help, saying that the tree was heavy so they needed three people to hold it. The guys undid it and held it up, and SHE had to grab onto it to help stand it up because that dude Henry walked away. He just stood there all lazy and frowned while the two men she called AND HER held it up for us to see. A man who makes a small woman carry heavy things while he does nothing says a lot about his character without saying a word. We bought it, thanks to the three who held up the tree. We had more shopping to do and were helped by Don, who gave us excellent customer service. He was friendly, kind & knowledgeable & went above and beyond by showing us several different items in different departments. Great guy. Thankful we were able to catch his attention. The two men in the lumber area were also very nice. So was Suzanne, the cashier in the Pro section, and Scott the other cashier in gardening. Excellent customer service by all of them: the woman in gardening who helped us out a lot with our tree, the two guys who came out of their work areas to assist, Don, the two men in lumber, Suzanne and Scott. Other than the poor reactions from Henry, we received the Best service in any Home Depot ever. Very happy we went in and purchased from this store. Highly recommend shopping here!

We had a very easy transaction with some of the staff. I forgot his name but dark haired younger gentleman stepped away from the customer service counter noticing I needed help. Him and his associate cut some artificial turf grass for us one night just before close. They were both so chatty, funny, and did an excellent job. Thanks guys ! The cut and fit worked perfectly.

Home Depot is one of my favorite places for a Saturday project. It has everything you need for anything you are doing to your house. I also love that they have holiday decorations. I buy all my Halloween decorations here just because they have such a great selection. The Halloween stuff is always great

I’m here several times a week. Paul in plumbing and all the paint people are great. The people at the front need better training. Twice now I have tried to buy moulding. There is a specific section in the back, on the left - all of that moulding is price per piece. This is the second time and the person at the front tried to charge me per linear foot, and then the employee acted like I was trying to pull a fast one or steal ?The piece was supposed to be $10.94, she rang it up as $52 ? I said forget it. I’ll have to get the products somewhere else if it’s this difficult. Also on my last visit, I asked where I could find a gate latch, and the employee looked it up on her phone and told me where I could find one at Ace Harware! Please, help.

Went to Home Depot yesterday for curbside pickup. Took 30 minutes from time I checked in. In contrast today I went to Lowe's for curbside pickup and had bag in had in under 5 minutes. Additionally I choose to use the Home Depot virtual chat. 18 minutes to chat with an actual Home Depot employee.

I've been sitting outside for 20 mins for a curb side pick up. I can't go inside because I have my dog and sleeping baby. I've now been on hold for 6 minutes trying to call and ask what the heck is going on. I'll never do curbside again.

Went to Home Depot late at night an hour before they closed due to some problems I was having with a project; I had two tiny stripped screws that wouldn't come out. The man at customer service tried to help me but told me it was basically impossible... I didn't want to leave without an answer, but then found some workers who were willing to help me!!! Tom and Edward were so helpful and got the screws out of the thick metal- life saving right there. If you need help at Home Depot, ask for Tom or Edward- very kind and very helpful!

Actually, this review is for Home Depot's online shopping experience. This is the neighborhood store that I frequently shop at however.I will never ever purchase an appliance from Home Depot. My experience with a recent refrigerator purchase was absolutely HORRIBLE! To say the least. The delivery guys discovered a defect with one of the doors upon delivery. I asked that it be reloaded back onto the truck for a return? I was then convinced that I should try it out and within 48 hours a return would still be possible. The very next day I called customer service that hung up on me several times before finally I got a person that stayed on the line to assist me. BEWARE of the options that customer service will offer you. They will not explain how taking any of the options will affect your options for customer satisfaction UNTIL you choose one. Don't change your mind or the options will adversely change your original options of recourse. What a mess!

Time to buy flowers for my fall flower beds! I got great deals because the fall flowers are all on sale. There were great people there to answer my questions about watering and sun exposure.

I buy most of my materials here. I remodel homes, and spend THOUSANDS at this location . I normally have a pleasant experience here with the exception of using the self check out. You have an employee here short lady, dark hair, glasses. She has a HORRIBLE attitude, if she doesn't like her job she should really look elsewhere. This is the second rude encounter I experienced with her. Honestly whenever I'm spending money I don't expect a red carpet treatment, however I do expect a certain level of courtesy

I remember when made in the USA used to mean something. These pieces to this shelving suck. They hurry up and rush everything into the box so all the paint is dripping, and the pieces are stuck together. When you pull it apart, the paint comes off. Good job Home Depot and good job Husky.
