Hometronic’s employees Juan and Jesse just delivered and installed our new 77” Samsung TV purchased from Best Buy. Juan and Jesse were EXCELLENT.. they called and said they were running late and gave us an ETA, and they were so GREAT! Had a failed Klipsch system. Dean went beyond the norm and corrected the problem with a replacement system he instigated. I had his people install the replacement unit. Excellent work, clean install and very professional.

Contacted David to install surround sound speakers in my ceiling. The guys did a great job, no holes to patch, also hooked up all my equipment. They even came back out to fix a small issue with my sub woofer. Would recommend.

I was in the market for a home theater system install. I contacted four companies in the LV area and HomeTronic provided the best quote and value for the quality of product provided and the related installation services. It was quite a project that took over 3 days to complete over a period of a few weeks. The Hometronic team was excellent from initial consult to estimate, to deposit, to the technician work for carving out holes for the speakers and the actual install. Best of all, the post installation and final payement service was excellent as well with the team available for questions in a somewhat complicated yet ultimately easy to use system. Absolutely love my new home theater and many thanks to David Poser, Jason, Dean, and others on the team for helping set up my favorite room in my house.

I have worked with HomeTronics for 15 years (Dean, in particular) and I have to say that, in that time period, NO company has offered such wonderful and caring customer service - SERIOUSLY! They are responsive, efficient and super friendly. They have gone out of their way to take care of me on multiple occasions. I can't recommend them enough.
