OYO Hotel & Casino is located right on the Vegas strip, close to other casinos, shopping, and restaurants, with great walkability. The view is loved by guests. Inside, there are restaurants including Shake Shack, Steak N Shake, and Hooters, as well as 24-hour open bars. The fitness room has nice equipment. The casino is noted as a place where money can be made. However, the experience has significant drawbacks. The elevators are frequently not working, are delayed, or are super slow. Customer service is hard to deal with, and the phone is often not answered. Rooms are described as a little dated, small, and in need of updating, though some found them adequate and clean. Specific problems include rooms not being clean upon arrival, sinks that do not drain, rusty bathroom fixtures, towels with hair, and a lack of a microwave and small refrigerator. The air conditioning makes a lot of noise, and the bed is too soft. The lobby and rooms can be very cold. Hallways have leaks, and requests like for towels can be delayed. A nearby construction site disturbs sleep with early morning noise. Additional notes include resort fees and a deposit. While some would stay again, others feel it is not worth the price.
Staff is great, hotel is awful. 2 working elevators for the entire place. Prepare to wait 10-30 minutes to get up to your room or down from your room. They need to close this hotel, renovate, and reopen.

TV doesn't work, wifi is unavailable and I've called the front and other extensions more than 5x because my TV doesn't work and got no answer. I specifically asked about the tv, service and channels and was told it was fine. Go figure
