Xiomara did a great job at the check in. She is very friendly and filled my request for the highest room floor possible. She gave us the 25th floor. We loved our room. No complaints.

Just to update to say that the Jubilee Tower appears to be no longer a part of Horseshoe but rather The Paris. So if you want to stay in what was the Jubilee Tower, you will need to book through The Paris.
