Honestly over hot topic as of late. Ordered 4 things with our hot cash. Didn’t get not 1. 3 were cancelled. 1 has been processing for 2 months. Place another order 2 days ago. 4 items. Says my order is ready. I drive 30 mins each way to retrieve 1 item. It just doesn’t make any sense and I won’t order from hot topic anymore.

Went there today w/my son. The service was great. Had a quick chat w/Courtney about gundam and kaiju no 8 my son was happy talking to another person about Gundam. She was very sweet. Great service from everyone!

Visited this shop while browsing Fashion Mall in Las Vegas. Great store. Went in looking for Funko Pops and was very impressed with their selection. I ended up getting 2 Funko Pop Keychain and 1 Snow White Funko Pop! Great store! Great staff!

I feel so bad for forgetting names but I’m pretty sure I worked with a Tye/Kai(?) and a Lexis? I’m bad with names!! But both of them were super kind and laid back. They helped me and talked to me but I didn’t feel hounded like a lot of stores do these days. Lexis(??) was helpful about finding ways to ship a product out to me since I was only visiting and that was cool instead of telling me to forget it! Also nice and tidy!! I know that’s hard when you got so much product!

Stopped by here on the way to a concert and the staff was extremely helpful in trying to find certain shirts and seeing if they had different sizes. Thank you very much!

This is a good store for alternative fashion and I was happy I could go there. I did notice however that the T-shirt department was poorly stocked, so in the end I only bought 1 shirt. The service was excellent tho.

This was my first time at fashion show mall and I swear this has been the silliest experience ever at this very hot topic. I had to repeat myself so many times to this employee ? But it was totally my fault, I forgot my old phone number that I used for hot topic. Service was great tho. The cashier(Ajax, he has really cool hair and piercings) was so nice when he tried helping me out in signing me up after I told him I forgot my old number?? Uh ok anyways give Ajax a promotion he was such a cutie ?
