Staff is always amazing the only issue I have is that there surgical steel piercings are low quality and over priced. Just got mine not that long ago my first time putting them on and I notice dark green around it . It’s the piercing that stain my skin that color surgical steal shouldn’t leave that green stain now my nose is green . I spent 38 for some lame green turning piercings plz get better quality.

Went there today to buy shirts for gifts and asked if they matched the price online. Was told yes but I didn’t get any price matched. I was told that it was the same. Well, sure wasn’t. Guy was more concerned about getting my phone number and email for rewards, that by the way I did not ask to sign up for. I was completely scammed. The same products online were cheaper than at the store. I don’t think that I’ll be going back to this store.

I went into the store at the Meadows mall as they were closing their doors and Raven and Leila kindly let me run in and grab what i was going for. True customer service and i appreciate so much that they let me get my item since it was the last one. Thanks again Raven and Leila!!!

The manager Bee is one of God's greatest soldiers. I spent 20 quadrillion dollars all on cool shirts recommended to me by Bee. I looked sexy as hell in all of them. My charisma rose 1000 levels over and was named people magazine's sexiest man alive and it was all thanks to Bee for their above godly expertise.

This Hot Topic is in Meadows Mall and is very convenient for pickups, exchanges, and random browsing. I am now in my 40s and have been buying from this store since my younger years living back home in Hawaii. Oh, nostalgia! Now I bring my 14 year old son here to buy clothes and collectibles. It's amazing how multiple generations can find things to buy here.Another great thing about this location is the staff. Katie helped to reorder a bag that I received that had a crack on the print and was soooo nice about it. Every time I have seen her, she has been so friendly. Layla and the other girls are amazing, too. Shout out to John and the other employees I forgot. You make shopping here such a great experience. Thank you, and I'll be seeing you again soon!
