I'm so sad Came in person to look at materials and get a quote for open house signs I was quoted $400 End up being $515 ( no big deal) I was told on the phone I would be getting the metal frames, I was told that repeatedly. I guess there was some miscommunication on their end and they did not get me the metal frames and they said I would have to buy another $515 worth of signs to be able to get the frames... From start to finish no one knew what was going on, from pricing, to sizes to when they were going to be completed. I'm so upset and disappointed, I would have never ordered the size I got if I didn't know they weren't going to come with the metal frames I was promised. I had to call multiple times and they said they would return my call and they never did. Truly, wholeheartedly disappointed and let down. I wish I would have went some here else so bad

I love House of Signs! The level of customer service you get is amazing. It’s so tempting to use online printing shops, but when you have questions or there are issues you can never talk to anyone. Insert Tammy… she is a rockstar and will make sure your signs are perfect. Turn around time is quick and quality is great. Can’t go wrong with them.
