I am only driving for part time for uber and lyft cause im disabled and the tax worker there charge me almost $400 for uber and almost $400 for lyft and she dint even add my deduction like registration and traffic tickets !

I'm writing this on behalf of Anthony who had his taxed prepared on April 10th by Judith Bott. I didn't make an appointment until April 10th. She was pleasant and professional. I was amazed how quickly it went. The price I was charged was 1/2 of what I had been charged by another company. Definitely my new tax preparer company. Thank you Judith.

Been going to h & r block for 15 years now and this was the last time I go. Worst service ever waited 15 mins after our appointment just to be sent away because servers were down

I wouldn't come to this location I've been using hrblock since 2004 last year I went and had them do it instead me using online to this day I still don't have a copy of my taxes from last year
Let me correct this.. I went in person and spoke with a person and was informed my tax lady is seasonal and they gladly gave me a copy right then and there. Thanks you for clearing that up. I do believe the Tax prep needs to ask the customer if they would like a paper copy then and not state they will be emailed just so we feel better and have a hard copy right away.

Don’t go this place they deposit the refund in to another account person not my account bank. This is crazy mistake because she need to put the right account number. I don’t recommend this place. Stay away from this location.

Susan was very, very helpful & knowledgeable about the changes of my filing of my tax return. She educated me in certain areas that I was not aware of in a short period of time. I appreciate that.

The person who was supposed to do my taxes was ten minutes late to my virtual appointment.She didn’t even join the video call the lady called me instead then said she couldn’t help me and to call support then hung up the phone. Called the store and the manager said she would get me in contact with a representative from different store. Then called back 15 minutes later to say that wasn’t happening because I already started the process online even though I have not filed yet. Absolutely ridiculous how much of my time they just wasted. Giving two stars because the manager kinda nice at least.

The worst location in the city. I've been using hrblock for my taxes since I started working. This experience alone has made me lose faith in the company as a whole.Their system couldn't pull up my account because I changed my phone number. The representatives only know how to follow the printed out process and nothing else. I have never seen a grown man so helpless at the hands of technology. Waste of time, truly disappointing that I took time out of my day, had all of my documents printed and digitally, have had an account for years, and disregarded so quickly without any offer to follow up with assistance or contact a manager or IT support who could actually help.I heard a woman leaving her appointment as I came in, saying their loan offer seemed like fraud. After watching the employees stumble through the process, I wholeheartedly agree.

I did not have a good virtual experience. The tax planner was not knowledgeable about the website or even her webcam. However I did receive a nice call back from the manager of the location who took care of everything and did give me a partial refund for my time and trouble, so I'll probably come back to them next year and ask for her. I took her at her word she would retrain the planner who didn't make my experience that easy.If you have any trouble with a virtual tax visit ask for Taneisha. She will make it right.
