I’ve never had this much of an issue filing my taxes in my life. This office is beyond help I set an online appointment waited in the video chat room at my appointment time at 3:00pm I waited 20 minutes then called the office to be transferred to my tax rep just to be hung up on I called again and was told that she took a walk in and completely disregarded my appointment said she would call me back. Never called me back……. Proceeded to call me at 7:30 pm the following day I have kids…. Then she asked me to come into the office to do my taxes the whole point was to not have to walk in because I’m pregnant and have god awful morning sickness. I decided if she didn’t want to respect me or my time fine I’d come in but file with someone else. I finally got my taxes filed with a different rep. Then I keep getting emails about finishing my filing (I already did) and paying (I already did that to) I try calling the office to tell them that I’d like her to stop reaching out as I’ve already filed and payed the person that did respect my time the office lady doesn’t possess any listening skills period was on the phone repeating myself for a good 10 minutes before I gave up. I will never file at this office ever again and I highly suggest no one come here. Quit sending me emails and no I’m not paying you for blowing off my appointment I already filed and paid with someone else.

Never got our tax money we filed in March 2022, its now August. We will never go back to H&R Block. Grace Wong also did our taxes.
