It's the first time with h&r block. I didn't wait long. Then, the tax pro Luisa Wilde did an excellent job, very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions.
I wasn't expecting a refund.
And I am happy with the results. Thank you Luisa Wilde.

I called two hours before my scheduled appointment to confirm the date/time. Showed up at the confirmed date/time and was told that I could not be seen due to the office being fully booked due to scheduling conflicts. A couple staff members did attempt to help with a question I had before leaving; however, I later found out the information I was provided was not accurate. I would not recommend using this service unless you have a pretty standard tax situation.

Jamillah at the Lake Mead Office was so helpful and went step by step with me on my taxes she even explained and broke down everything I needed to know GREAT WORK ETHIC.... The employees were welcoming. Very fast and accurate and will explain step by step and give great insight on next year's taxes...

Went on my only day off at 9am when they opened told them I had a business return was told they had one opening at 7pm. After arriving 15 min early the front person checked with the preparer who would be doing my taxes and told they would be a while because they had to finish up with prior person then the lady up front asked if I imported all my forms to their website told them I wasn't computer inclined to do so but had all info on another program that kept all my receipts day to day all year and if it wasn't transferable would be able to reinput it into their system. The front lady then said that I should of transfered all the files prior to coming back to the office but wasn't told that I had to to do anything but come with the money and information and they would do my taxes. Was then told that it would take too long and that they wouldn't be able to help me like they wanted to hit a couple of buttons and let the computer do all the work and not have to spend very much time with me at all. I work 60 plus hours a week took off the whole day to do taxes and was not able to get them done left from officevery upset and on the verge. Not very business like experience was one of worst in life should of been told to maybe make another appointment or something but wasn't given any other options and I just had to leave before it got worse

I used this location multiple years (same rep the past 2 years). This year we submitted the same EZ (simple) form. I declined the additional insurance ($39.00) AS ALWAYS. But when I went to pay my fee, a change required we reprint/resign the docs. This time the rep slipped the $39.00 fee back in, said we wouldn't need to reprint docs and I left. That was Feb 15th, but when my refund arrived, I saw the refund was not as explained. I called. Five times. The rep said it takes 60 days for H&R block to mail a paper check to me. I've call the toll free number. A month later that had NEVER submitted the request. I've called the 800 line following-up 3 more times. H&R Block must be having some VERY serious cash flow issues. As you can see, its April 20th and I've received NOTHING. WATCH OUT FOR THIS BUSINESS!!! They're less than ethical.
