Lizier was excellent and welcoming to my wife and I. She excelled at walking us through the entire process from start to finish. We both felt relaxed and our questions were answered in a clear and concise way.

This location is horrible, First I had an appointment on Tuesday the 18 of April 2023 with Tess which I found out that she is a manager. When I got there, I was told that she is not there that she is at another location and if I want i can wait for someone else. Tons of people there and I was asked to wait because the person is not there. I left and I did it in my house. But i have to mail it and I was told that they can not print with out me paying for even is their fault and asked me if I'm philipina and were rude not professional and no customer service.

I have been using HR block for years and sadly they disappointed me for the last 3 years. I rate this location a 1 only because that is the lowest you can go! If I could do no stars I would have! I stood in their office for 20-25 min waiting to be seen or even acknowledged. Can you believe that not a single soul came to the front to see if I needed help? So I'm supposed to walk around or announce myself? Y that's not how this works! Receptionist maybe like the other locations! Sad that I did leave a note saying that I was there but business lost! Had someone addressed me saying one minute or take a seat that would be different! Short staffed is not an excuse anymore! The location on Sahara is amazing! Take note pls!

I have never been involved in doing taxes. As life would have it, I was tasked with doing my son's. I tried but to no avail. I walked into HR Block and Christina was more than willing to help. She was swamped, but still took the time to help me. Thank you Christina for all of your hard work. You are very caring and I appreciate everything you did for me and my son.

I like doing my taxes with you guys because the process is very user-friendly and time efficient I just wish that there would be different pricing for the amount of services done for example I had a very simple tax return that I usually could have done myself had I known it would be this simple so I wish it wouldn't have cuz the same as someone who had a more complex return that required more work and time spent preparing it
