Horrible experience with this office and Rosa Vargas. If I could give 0 stars I would. Rosa is very unprofessional, in too big of a hurry to take your money. I was told I was paying 1 price for a service then after charging me more than double for the refund loan and taking out there fees she tells me it was denied when she knew all along it would be denied but charged for it anyway. I'm not going into details because it just gets worse. I will say this the district manger over this office is rude and needs to find a different job. she didn't listen to anything I said or what I had issues with. she only heard what she wanted to hear to suit her response. and the regional manager didn't even return my call.
I was over charged , I was lied too and given false information by more than 1 person. Wrong information was put on my return, and now I get to try to fix it after

My tax preparer, Rosa Elena Vargas, is exceptional -- not only courteous, professional, and knowledgeable but also explains everything thoroughly and prepares my taxes in a timely manner! And the front-desk person, Patricia, is helpful and welcoming!

H&R Block West Cheyenne and 215 in the neighborhood Walmart Shopping Center. I've been going there for my taxes for 3 years now and Rosa my tax accountant is extremely competent, extremely efficient, and very very pleasant. The price I pay is very fair. I highly recommend this H&R Block and Rosa the tax accountant. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my taxes done, seriously.

Great, efficient service from Rosa Vargas at this location. I absolutely love doing my taxes with her every year. She explains everything well and I feel confident that I am getting the best refund.

If you need your taxes done right go to Rosa she is friendly fast and gets the job done I've been getting my taxes done by Rosa for years and I'm always satisfied.
