I had a great experience at H&R Block thanks to Taylor Gibbs Meyer. Taylor was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They made filing my taxes way less stressful and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. I felt confident that everything was done accurately and in my best interest. I’ll definitely be asking for Taylor again next year—highly recommend

My wife and I completed our taxes in-office with Sophia B. She was kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. She took extra time to show us the difference between married filing jointly or married filing separately. We’re glad we had her as our preparer.

I just want to say when someone pay cash never expecting if pay with large bill the rest is for tips, they waited so long to bring my change after ask for my change many times. I always tipped around 20 % of my bill not my change for large bill. Never be back to this location.

Sofia was very rude and disrespectful, when I asked a simple question of why something could not be done she simply replied with "because I said so" would not recommend this location to anyone, at least avoid Sofia at all cost.
