I absolutely love the service architecture, and the food. However I hate to give a review off of Vegas alone but Vegas is not what it used to be. Paying $50 a drink and over $300 for a meal isn’t what I call a good time. I’m better off going to another country where my dollar stretch farther. Don’t think I’ll be returning … 😢

It's easy to give a nice review when you get luck in Vegas, but we had a great time, and great food, the service at Prime was fantastic

I have been to Vegas 10 times and this was my first stay there. My boss, coworker and I went for a Paul Mitchell Gathering. A very big expensive event. The front receptionist was a doll. Super sweet. The hotel itself is posh. The best and only thing I loved was the beautiful display of flowers. The conservatory and botanical gardens were stunning. The amount of children and strollers I had to navigate thru was wild. Since when did it become so family friendly?! Our room was so hot. The ac was extremely weak. The beds hard as rocks and all the pillows paper thin. We woke up with extremely sore necks every morning which was a huge inconvenience to our convention and our over all stay. I even rolled up the duvet cover and shoved it under my pillow and still sleep like crap. The pool. Well it looks gorgeous. But the kids running around snotty and crying and splashing was horrible. They have an 18 and older pool, however ha, you have to pay $70 a person and the hours are 11 am to 5 pm. But yet there’s only a bush separating it from the children. The wait staff was a bit too rude. Way too expensive for poolside drinks 5 seltzers in a bucket for $55, couldn’t give me 6 so we each drink two. Take your own drinks there I’d advise you all! The maid service doesn’t come automatically every day. You have to call and request or I recommend you call the first day to have them clean your whole stay. I’m just not sure what we paid for to stay there. The fountain show. The name?! I know I won’t be staying again.

Stunning. The fountains with music are amazing as are some of the internal areas, such as the fantasy gardens

I’ve visited Las Vegas many times, and each time I make sure to visit this special spot. The experience is always beautiful and unique—something you can only feel here in Vegas. Truly a must for anyone visiting the city!

Honestly I was pretty underwhelmed. The rooms were showing their age, and I just expected more from such an iconic Vegas hotel.

If you are visiting Las Vegas, visiting the Bellagio Hotel is an excellent decision. It has an outdoor fountain show which comes out approximately every 15 minutes, it is worth seeing. Upon entering the hotel we can find an exhibition which changes depending on the season, which provides a different experience each time you visit. They have various food options, we decided to have Noodles and it was an excellent option.

The hotel itself is very beautiful and legendary, the lobby is magnificent but does not meet (or at least no longer today) the criteria for a 5 star.
I thought I was arriving in a luxury hotel, I had booked a “renovated” Spa tower room with a view of the Strip, I was very disappointed to discover a slightly dated room which did not at all seem to have been been renovated but above all it was not very clean... there were still crumbs on the armchairs, small pieces of paper on the floor, red marks in various places on the sheets and the mattress (blood? bedbugs?) , the switches were dusty.
The view of the Strip was beautiful (even if it was more of a view of half Strip - half parking lot) but during the day, it was difficult to admire it as the window was so dirty!
The housekeeping didn't even clean my room on the last day of the stay even though I had asked for it to be cleaned...
When I arrived at the hotel to check in, I was not offered to help or walk me to the room even though I had three large suitcases (but they did for other customers).
To top it off: at the end of the stay, I left the hotel early in the morning to go to the airport and therefore checked out very quickly, it was only a few hours later when rereading the bill that I was given that I realized that I had been charged $24 for ONE BOTTLE OF WATER from the minibar! But I have never opened or drunk this bottle!!! It's serious nonetheless.
According to the other comments, I am not the first to whom this mishap has happened.
It's a shame, I was expecting a much better hotel experience from the Bellagio and here, I feel rather ripped off.

Best hotel in Las Vegas. Super nice layout. Great rooms, not too much people. Great casino and stuff.
