We had enrolled my 3 month old into the school because it was close to my job but we ended up really loving it and seen an improvement of how they've grown developmentally in the short time they were there.

This review is long overdue, but as a parent, I feel it's my responsibility to speak up.
Back in 2022, we enrolled our daughter at this daycare. From the very beginning, something felt off. She would cry constantly and seemed afraid every time we dropped her off. She was too young to express what was wrong, but as a parent, you can feel when something isn’t right.
We started noticing behaviors that concerned us—things that some experts might even consider red flags for a child in distress. While I’m not making any direct accusations, I will say that the environment, staff, and overall way the daycare was run left us with more questions than answers.
Eventually, we moved her to a more reputable daycare—and the difference was night and day. She’s been happy, safe, and thriving ever since.
To top things off, the daycare suddenly “shut down” one day, with no real explanation. We were called to pick up our kids in the middle of the workday and were told it was for “renovations.” But no notice, no communication—just an abrupt closure that felt more like a cover-up than a construction project.
I’m grateful we trusted our gut and made the switch. This may be a late review, but if it helps another parent avoid what we went through, then it’s worth posting.

If you have any questions about anything prepare to receive a lot of attitude and return. They don't like when you question them about anything. Got into a heated conversation with their manager because they wanted me to leave work to have a meeting the next day without telling me the reason why.

My son has attended this school for close to 3 years. I can’t say enough about this school or its staff. They are wonderful. From the director on down, everyone is a pleasure to deal with.
The progress reports, the parent teacher conferences, the daily pictures, the easy to use app….its a pleasure.
Infinity learning center is a family. My son is comfortable. That is priceless.

My toddler started this daycare a month ago and we absolutely love it! The staff is truly amazing at what they do! This was my baby's first experience at a daycare and I was nervous but they truly made the experience seamless and kept me updated throughout those first few days! I'm so happy I found them! Plus their prices are very reasonable and their hours are super inclusive!

I NEVER write reviews but I can’t just not inform other parents of how unprofessional this daycare center is. My children were enrolled for a few months and they constantly kept calling my children different names, I picked up my one year old and he had a completely different outfit on and his clothes were never found, my three year old had a black eye when I picked him up one evening and there wasn’t a accident report and nobody ever called me to inform me about it. I completely understand that accidents happen so I was understanding until my other child had THREE bite marks on his body within ONE day. They only noticed the one on his back, but he had two on his arm and all of them were bleeding. I don’t understand how if they were all supervised 24/7 how nobody noticed my baby crying from getting bit multiple times. And once again nobody called to inform me that he was bit and the bites had broken his skin. (They are now scars) When I pulled my child from the center they told me “ kids bite at this age it’s in there nature “ but when you sign the paper work to enroll your child they have a “ no biting policy “ which they do not follow. The child who is biting is a workers daughter so she was not taken out like she should have been. Like I’ve stated before I understand accidents happen but everyday I would pick up my children and they would have bruises, bites and scratches. They take in sick children as well so be prepared for your child to be sick with coughs and runny noses constantly. When I enrolled my children I thought some of these bad reviews were just exaggerated but when I tell you they aren’t I hope you take them into consideration when making your decision on choosing a school for your little ones. This daycare center isn’t a safe place for children and is not what they make it out to be when they give you the tour.

I'm at a loss for words writing this review. I cannot explain the complete HORROR I experienced from the lack of supervision and professionalism that occurred Jan 2024. Without going much into detail all staff need to be held accountable for their actions. A thorough investigation needs to be conducted of all operations.Your children are not safe being dropped off here.

This daycare was fine up until a certain point. My son has been attending this daycare since he was 2 months old and after reading the reviews i was a bit skeptical but it was the only daycare that worked out for me. so i gave it a try , and for the 10 months that my son attended the daycare it was alright. kids are sick a lot and so my son would get sick a lot especially during flu season. there were times that they closed the daycare due to short staffing or dedicated days to cleaning the daycare so i would have to call out from my job to be able to watch my son because i couldn’t take him to their other location. recently this month (february) was my breaking point with this daycare. i can’t say anything bad about the teachers and the people who cared for my son , he never came home with scratches or injuries and i could tell some of the girls there enjoyed him. i’m not sure who handles the billing and who decides if you’re able to drop your kid off or not but they are the reason why i’m leaving this review. i’m a very young single mom and it gets hard sometimes. my weekly bill was $200. there were times i was late and needed to pay a couple days late but at the end of the day the bill would always get paid. i paid for weeks he didn’t even attend for. i went in on a saturday and they denied taking him in even though I PAID FOR THE WEEK THAT INCLUDED THAT SATURDAY. the girl who was there didn’t have any want or desire to help me on the situation she said she just listens to what the note says. i asked if i could speak to whoever is in charge and she said she wasn’t there so she called them. she was very rude , very stern, and again not helpful. she said on the phone “that’s what i thought and i told her that already but ill explain to her again”. anyways , i told her that im risking my job if they don’t take him in and that i should be able to drop him off if i paid for the day but she just shrugged and acted like this was no big deal. so since they denied him , i took the risk and i ended up losing my job. they also ALREADY KNEW he wasn’t able to be dropped off before that saturday (because i wouldn’t pay for the week in advance) and didn’t send out any type of message telling me so. therefore i thought he was good to go. but nope. if they would have communicated with me beforehand i would have figured something out but instead i wasted my time, gas, AND lost my job. so now i got fired and i wasted $200 that week. if you want someone who actually cares about your kid(s) DO NOT GO HERE !!!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE BILL GETTING PAID. they only want your money and have poor communication skills. so thank you to whoever made me lose my job and waste $800 a month. this place definitely needs to get looked into for being shady, kids always being sick and spreading germs like wildfires even though they “deep clean”. and for being extremely insensitive. there are better daycares i can guarantee that.

my son has been coming here for about 10 months. He loves the staff and teachers, they're very involved and really seem to care about the kids and put effort into their teaching plans. The facility on flamingo is clean, adorable, with all new furniture and toys and an outdoor area my son loves.I had some issues with automatic payments not processing and fell behind in payments and Arlene was extremely patient and helpful in getting me caught back up.My son is sad that he has to leave for kindergarten soon which, while bittersweet, makes me really happy because I know the staff here has done a really good job of making him feel welcome and happy. I believe he's really blossomed since coming here and I'm glad I made this choice.
