Highly recommend looking elsewhere for self storage. Onsite manager on a whim accused me of sleeping in the storage unit on Sunday night, despite the fact not only was I working overnight security with geolocated stamped and timestamped pictures until 5am that Monday morning. Onsite manager was such an arrogant prick, tickle pink to evict me, because he didn't want to get fired and was following policy because he took his job seriously. 48hrs after alleged incident, I asked to review the security camera footage from his system, and behold my innocence was proven. He did apologize, but after seeing his enthusiasm to evict me I don't believe the sincerity. I forgave him and moved out this morning.
If onsite manager took his job so seriously why didn't he correct himself within those 48hrs prior. Mind you I just upgraded from a 5x8 to a 10x7 over the past week.
Also since I've washed my hands of this. During my first month on 6/15/24 between 6am-8am onsite manager asked me to weld two metal plates onto his personal truck on company property. He had his son pay me cash. Conflict of interest much?

I like this place the people are nice even when your late paying the bill .they aren't up in your biz they allow you to take your time while your loading or unloading I appreciate that .

I loved the park it was wonderful not to mention actually ran out of gas and somebody called the cops! The Marshall was going by all day so I didn't think it was a problem!!! Boy was I wrong! Either way the park was magnificent. we absolutely loved the water the dog park was perfect 2...

Hospitality, there customer service was a breeze to work with gave us bottled water at check in very reasonable prices for there sq footage units clean lot with easy code access.

Been There like 4 to 5 yrs great place never had an issue. Don't Like prices go up every year. Have to put something under door or everything gets about 2 inches of dirt not dust lol

I have been renting storage units at the 4850 S. Valley View location on and off now for about 6 years and all I can say is the property only gets better the staff at this location treat you as family they know each customers name the atmosphere in that office is amazing I highly recommend it completely

This place is fantastic! The guys in the office are super friendly and just great. They are ready to help with getting you a space. I went in one day to rent my space and ended up needing a bigger one the next day and they took care of it no problem. Also the space rent is probably one of the best in vegas especially considering this places proximity to the strip. Plus them having a 24 hr onsite manager along with the gate makes me really feel like my things are secure. 5 stars all around !!
