Scheduled a meet up evaluation. Guy rushed me in and out.. said he'd follow up. Never did. I joined another gym. These guys are meh.. buncha stretchy bands does not a gym make.

I started with J&D fitness Dec 2017, a little over two years now. At this point I wouldn't go anywhere else. Trainer/Owner Doug and his trainer and the best trainers I've experienced. In the past I've had multiple trainers at multiple gyms. Doug and his staff are very knowledgeable in fitness and able to translate that into a personal training or even in a semi-personal training environment to me and others as their clients. They are very in-tune with each client to their different needs, limits and strengths. Even in small semi-personal training sessions, I still get my individual workout needs met with my personal workout modifications. There are multiple classes to chose from and multiple times that fit anyone's schedule. I love working out at J&D fitness. It's like working out at home with family, we laugh, learn, and sweat a lot. Because of this, I go, and enjoy going. A place like this is hard to find.

I started going to J&D Fitness at the beginning of the year. I love the private training options and the small group classes. Doug & his team of trainers are amazing! They have a variety of times to choose from. They work so well with all ages and guests who have injuries. I really enjoy the TRX training! In March I found out I was pregnant :) Doug & the team designed workouts just for me! Safe for the baby & myself! I thank everyone at the studio for getting me strong during this pregnancy! I have had no back issues or pain! I worked out often with the trainer Jenny! She's amazing!! Great owner, great staff! I really recommend J&D Fitness!

Ive been going to Doug and his team for exactly a year. And my fiancee went for a few months while her schedule allowed for it. We/I Love the whole experience. Cant say enough. The plan and system there are state of the art. They really care about your results. And listen whrn it comes to long term injuries as well as pains of the day. I have no ACL and I'm a real project and feel quite safe. Nothing but the highest recommendation. And I've used several trainers over the years

The team at J & D Fitness Group is incredible! Each trainer is a true professional that takes pride in each workout session. I have had the pleasure of working with them all and would highly recommend J & D Fitness Group to anyone that wants to get in shape. Do not take your health for granted! Do something about it and get involved with J & D.

I love the TRX Flow classes. I have become stronger in my body as a result of Doug's guidance. He is quick to pin point the areas to be strengthened and encouraged me not to rely on my flexibility- This wise advise has aided my Yoga Practice tremendously. He is positive and energetic. Hands down the best trainer not just in Vegas!! His Torch workouts speaks for itself. You walk in thinking I can not do this and walk out feeling amazing at what you accomplished. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with Doug as your trainer or any of his staff. It doesn't matter where you are physically in the beginning, because in the end you will be where you want to be....I am living proof of that :)

I first met Doug when the company I work for introduced a trainer for employees. I started out and gave up as I wasn't as dedicated to my fitness journey. I have now revisited Doug's classes which are remarkable. I take the "Torch" class which keeps me motivated and always introduces something new. You leave feeling stronger with a sense of accomplishment. He has a way throughout his workouts of pushing you to be better. Thank you for helping me be better. P.S. If Doug is holding a coffee cup through your workout this is a sign the workout is going to be hyped up...LOL. :-) Kat

Doug is a great motivator, he asks us to do things I tell myself I can't possibly do, but then we're doing it. He's always positive, upbeat! We have fun in his classes and it's never boring. I love going and seeing the Gang!

Doug, from J and D Fitness has been a trainer to myself and my family for many years. From experience with other trainers and gyms I can tell you without a doubt that Doug is the best trainer you will ever have. He is highly educated and informed on all information surrounding the physical fitness industry. He takes his experience and knowledge and applies them to every workout you do, specializing it to fit your strengths and weaknesses, even adjusting for any injuries or special conditions. No workout is ever the same and he is always challenging you, ultimately making you better than you were at the beginning of the workout. I am very picky when it comes to services and products. I love professionals who pay attention to details, are experts at what they do and have no acceptance for mediocrity. Doug and his team exemplify these qualities far past my expectations! I would highly recommend J and D Fitness Group to everyone I know and don't know! You will not be disappointed; just healthier, leaner, stronger, and more energetic. Who doesn't want that?!
