Beware this business has changed!This was the second time I used Jackie movers in two years. Last year move was great, so I rehired them, however this latest move was a complete disaster. The movers were tasked to put my items in my storage. They left it a mess! They put everything half hazardly, upside down and did not stack or organize properly at all. They stacked heavy items on light items. Threw things in with no organization. When I opened my storage after the move, everything fell forward further breaking and destroying my things. I am extremely disappointed. My daughter also told me one of the movers was riding on my e-bike without my consent in the storage. I tipped them well as I did not know any of this until I opened my storage afterwards and looked at the disaster it was when everything fell out. I am a single mom on a budget and hoped I could trust these movers with my items. It was very expensive to hire them and now my things are ruined, broken and I am so sad. Also they are not backed by Yelp Guarantee and this is false advertising.

What a great experience. Had 3 guys help me. I totally never asked for their names. My bad lol. But Karol was great at setting everything up with constant communication leading up to my move date. I moved into an apartment on the 3rd level and their team worked soooo fast, efficient, hard. Wrapped everything nicely and handled all items with care. Thank you for making this move very smooth. Will definitely not look elsewhere next time or when people ask me who I used.Thank you again!08/23/23Used Jackie movers again in March 2023 and today (August 23, 2023). Consistent service and they go above and beyond at the time you book a reservation until the last item is moved. Today they helped me pack all my belongings into one of those transportable pods and were very creative to make sure all items could fit. It was incredible to witness. The whole team is nice and professional. I’ve used them 3 times now and they will be my only go to movers in Las Vegas. Highly recommend.

The team of three very efficient men were both kind and took great care of our items. They moved everything like it was their own and were very quick. The showed up on time and did not try and milk the clock. World recommend the. And would definitely use them again!

This is my 3rd time using Jackie Movers and I have recommended them to any friend/family member in the area. The team is QUICK, puntual and professional. I've moved enough times to know how to best prepare my things ahead of time but whatever I can't do on my own, I know they will always take great care of my things. I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon but if do, I will continue to be a customer of theirs.

So so good at what they do! We have used them twice and both times they have just been phenomenal. Super nice and courteous. Watched the newly painted walls. Went out of their way to figure out how to get our fridge through the door. Thanks so much for your hard work guys!

I do not have enough positive words to say about Jackie Movers! Very easy to communicate with. They arrived on time. The most efficient, speedy, but careful movers I have ever used! The guys were so nice. Placed everything exactly where we wanted. If we ever move again I know who I am going to call: Jackie Movers!

Great movers, fast and efficient. We moved from a one bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom two story house. We used 2 movers, everything took about 2.5 hours. And they helped packed the bigger furnitures like the dressers, desk, tvs and entertainment center. We highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Needed to move a 5 bedrooms home , 3 levels and thankfully to Yelp, we found Jackie Movers. We contacted them for a quote and it was a smooth sailing from start to finish . communication was great and they followed through, their pricing was not the cheapest but they provided excellent service and our move was handled quickly and professionally . Karol called and confirmed our move the day before the move, all the movers showed up on time and started working right away . All the gents that came , worked really hard and didn't stand around at all . They were always working and moving at fast speed. We were very happy and were completely satisfied with Jackie movers and would highly recommend them !
