First let me say that the customer service is efficient and pleasant. Nancy is amazing, she did not rush me, she was very thorough, she even went above and beyond for me to be able to finish my return. She made me feel welcome like family. Very professional, very satisfied with my return process. Great job Nancy did it even with a messed up printer! Get her a new printer Jackson Hewitt! Shot out to Candace who is so sweet and welcoming. Thanks ladies been a hard year but its good to know we still got people who can help us that we can trust and treat us like family instead of just another customer! Keep it up ladies definitely referring you!!

I had made an appointment on Sunday at 3 pm and no one was there. I called on Monday and I was told that I can do a walk-in and get my taxes done. I went back to this location on Tuesday morning and on the door it says that it opens at 11 am. I called again and let them know that no one was there and got told that if no appointment is booked than most likely they won't show up. I had a very pleasant experience the first time that I used this company, now I am upset!!!

Usually Jackson Hewitt is the bomb! For some reason this year so far they are lacking... Bigtime . Might as well have did my taxes on my own and saved myself over a hundred dollars. It's already been 21 days and still no money no way to get any info. Whole reason for paying that extra money to Jackson Hewitt is so I don't have to wait 8 weeks and wonder with my head in the clouds as to when I'm gonna get my refund. But,. I didn't get what I paid for. Like I said,.. shoulda just did it my self if I was gonna not get what I paid for. And I was told by them in the beginning that if I wanted my stimulus included it would take 8 weeks so I opted out with the option of paying an additional 75_$ later and then file for my stimulus. So I'm not even getting my stimulus unless I pay another 75bucks after I get my basic tax return. Also, I wanted the next day refund and was willing to pay for but was told that just because I had unemployment as my main portion of my return , I wasn't elegible for next day return and that I would receive my return between 7-21 days. It is now day 21 and still nothing and no way to get any info on it at all. When I go to it's website " where's my return" link, it says there is no record of my return at all?????
