Came in with an appointment. Kirbi helped my husband and myself out. She was great to work with and made sure we understood everything. Thanks Kirbi! Highly recommend getting your taxes prepared here. It was quick and easy and we were done in less than an hour.

This was by far the worst service I have ever encountered. I will never use Jackson Hewitt again. I made an appointment for advance 12noon. Got there lady was being trained I don't mind I've have over 20yrs customers service. Then few minutes after starting two ladies walk in they are walking around the office chatting so figure they are management or owners so the young lady who was training the lady doing my taxes was called away by the two ladies who walked in this location she then comes back in gets all her stuff and leave the trainee who is doing taxes for the first time. The trainee gets up goes outside to speak to the two other ladies and come back and someone calls to help her over the phone. I knew this was an issue this lady had no idea of what she was doing. And apparently the other person on the phone either after 3 and half hours she say we're done and these numbers look wrong but ok. So I apply for advance gets home over hour later no text or email denying advance. So I got on chat and they said the paperwork was rejected due to error on it, and told me to call the location, so I call speak to Susan on location she told me her and manager went over it and I was just denied. It maybe denied its such a small amount but I still would like confirmation of denial. This was just all around unprofessional situation and my last time ever going to another Jackson Hewitt.

STAY AWAY from this company after 3 years doing my taxes here i was treated horribly and my taxes were incorrect and my refund was delayed and reduced by 1000$ deference and they advertise its only 49$ to prepare your taxes but once you there and after done they show you the real charges my tax prepare cost me 650$ and thats after a "discount" and now i contacted the tax person who prepared my tax (crista) and she said its my fault i gave her the info but my taxes were delayed and reduced because of incorrect amount in the child tax credit (8812) which i gave her the documents the irs sent me all she needed to do is calculate it accurately which she obviously failed. I really regret changing company from H&R block to this garbage

This was by far the worst tax experience I've ever had. My wife and I have been using Jackson Hewitt for over 10 years now. We made an appointment with the an office because we hate dealing with the Walmart crowd. The whole thing started off with the agent telling us how much he hated the Jackson hewitt system. He explained he use to work for HR block and thought they were bad but then told us how much worse it was to work for Jackson Hewitt. Half way through the process he took a personal phone call while still clicking sections of questions without looking at the screen. I thought the worst part of it was when we went to pay for the service and he didn't know how to use the card reader. But really it was when I got back from the atm getting cash to pay for it and he couldn't figure out how the e-sign worked. I ended up talking him through what buttons to click and how to sign the documents. The whole process took almost 2 hours. It was by far the worst experience I've ever had with Jackson Hewitt.
