I love JCPenney. I asked the cashier for a discount and she helped me with the app. Friendly and knowledgeable. A very nice man asked if I needed help and got me a cart. I have loved this place for years. Thank you for being here. I loved you guys in NYC as well. I will definitely recommend this place. Prices are reasonable.
