This dealership is the Best!! Cisco and Eddie took great care of me and my fiancé. From the moment we walked in till the moment we left ,greatest customer service. Made us feel comfortable and were very transparent with us through it all. Would give them 10 stars if I could. No doubt best dealership in town !!

Saw a vehicle advertised for $19,500 on Cargurus as well as their website.Visited the dealership and wanted to see what deal they could offer me with a trade in for my current vehicle. Test drive went great, when it came to talk about numbers, I had a feeling we would be too far apart and we were.Be aware of all of the markups on their used vehicles, they were unable to waive and or remove these options.CILAJET: $999.00BT SECURITY: $795.00KEY REPLACEMENT: $245.00CAT COVERAGE: $695.00BATTERY: $595.00A total of $3,329 added that was not on Carguru's and while it may be on their website, it is very bait and switch.I came in not wanting to do an auto loan because that is my preference and when the manager came out, he started pushing real hard on me getting an auto loan.Very condescending attitude, he asked if I paid fees on my home purchase and cell phone. The total price that he said while I was there was $30k after taxes, title, fees and markups. This is on a vehicle that was listed for $19.5 with no Warranty.I did not have the same experience when I bought my Honda at their dealership. My vehicle price was what it was online, other than taxes and fees which is of course fair. I guess that's what I get for trying to buy a Honda at a Chrysler dealership.

Personally, every time I have taken my car in for regular maintenance, my experience has always been great! Everyone in the service department is wonderful!! This time, I was working with Mike. Mike and I had made an appointment but when i was told that the car would not be looked at for maybe 2 days after I brought it in, I decided to take it in earlier. Mike welcomed me and we went over the notes he made from my scheduled date and discussed other issues.Mike kept me informed the entire time although we missed each other here and there), from the time the car was inspected, what was needed, suggestions, needing to order a part, when it arrived and how long it would take.It was nice to know, I did not have to keep calling and check on my car. Mike was wonderful! He's professional, knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and most of all he listens to you with issues and openly suggests his insight, but that it the entire service staff. However, it's the mechanics who make it all happen and should get all the credit!!Thank you again for a making me a satisfied customer.

Service manager asked me to come back next day at 2:30 pm and would finish resolving the Jeep issue. Returned next day to discover he was at lunch with his team and would return in 30 minutes. I waited for over 45 minutes and finally asked to have my keys and car returned and that I will take my business elsewhere. I spent two afternoons in the Jim Marsh waiting area to resolve a key fob issue. I was very iratated with this Jim Marsh dealership.

Too bad it doesn’t exist 0 zero stars. That’s what they deserve. I reserved a white Mazda 3 Online $19,150 communicating with the online department with Mrs.Kristen L. She was fast and courteous and we locked the price on $19,150 plus taxes and state fees of course. My Purchase supposed to be cash. After coming in, I took the test drive with Mike and I agreed I wanted to proceed to the purchase. This is when my nightmare started. He gave me a paper stated that they have to add $4,000 for the upgrades the mechanics have done to the car! Then he added even more for the “ re-construction “ of the car , then document fees $700.00 plus taxes for NV state that were over 10 percent plus state fees, he ended up with $29,000 cash!I reacted and he called the manager a guy who came without name tag , didn’t introduce himself and he just told me that their online price is $10,000 k less because doesn’t include all the extra charges. I asked to give me his paperwork because I wanted to report them to the BBB and of course he denied. I have never seen worse scammers than Jim Marsh’ company. Run away …That’s all…

This "dealership" was the worst. I took my cherokee for service for a recall/service bulletin. I made an appointment for 730am and arrived at 725. Just like other dealerships, I exited my vehicle and waited for a service representative to come talk to me. This did not happen. At 740, a staff member told me that I can check in inside to get started. I acknowledged and went inside. I spoke with the staff member checking in and she told me to walk to a different desk to await for my service representative, and I complied. My service representative then asked what the appointment was for and I told him. He retreived my keys, checked in my vehicle and came back. He returns and then tells me that my vehicle has an open recall for something completely unrelated but he does see a service bulletin that I am referring to. He proceeds to tell me that recall is free but the bulletin is going to cost $189.99 to flash my transmission control unit. I attempted to tell him that both a recall and a service bulletin appear to be the same thing (manufacturer identifies a problem with their product and sends out a notice on how to fix it) he dismissed my point and exclaimed its still 189.99. I retrieved my keys and left. Buying a car here MAY be a good experience but just like any shade tree dealership, they stop helping you when (not if) it breaks down.

DO NOT GO HERE! I should have learned when I had some transmission work done here and my check engine light kept coming on after and my truck was 2 quarts low on fluid. Next visit my truck lost power and had it towed to JM. Told me my turbo actuator was bad. Price to replace was 3k. Decided to have the work done. This did not fix the issue and I am sure the actuator was fine to start with. Then was told my truck had a low fuel pressure code and after diagnosis they determined the fuel pump AND injector was bad and needed replaced at the cheap price of $7300+ and this is a rebuilt pump as a new one would cost 10k+. I decided this did not sound right and had my truck towed once again from Jim Marsh to Sin City Desiel and they ran a diagnostic test on my truck and found the fuel filter cap loose. After tightening the cap my truck ran great with no codes. Sin City Diesel could have easily took me for a lot of money but they did not and are honest unlike this terrible dealer and their entire staff. I called the service manager Jeff and of course was sent to voice mail which I am still waiting for the call back. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE CONS AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. If you need Desiel work Sin City Desiel and Offroad is where u should go. Do not let Jim Marsh steal your money or jack your truck up.
