Showed up, asked for some help, a salesmen appears(Named Pac-Man). I was met with opposition and told I couldn’t be helped. I asked if he had any specific models in specific years. He said no. I looked on their website and found 10+ different options. I was told none of them were on the lot and the one I wanted to look at 38K MSRP would cost me 68K out the door so he couldn’t help me. Extremely disappointed will not return.

We purchased a new Telluride and our experience was excellent. We worked with Big Mike for the purchase of the vehicle. Big Mike was excellent to work with. We would recommend Jim Marsh KIA and Big Mike.

I worked with Fred to take care of a paint issue on my vehicle. Once he heard back from the corporate office I was able to get my car in to get fixed. Fred gave me updates and called me back if he was on another call. Overall great service from Fred.

Excellent Service Despite Timing HiccupsI had an experience at Jim Marsh Kia on Wednesday March 6th 2024 that left a lasting impression. Although there were some timing issues, the exceptional service provided by the staff overshadowed any inconvenience.After receiving a call from the service department ( Chris) at 16:40 to pick up my car by 17:30, I rushed to arrange transportation through Uber amidst road traffic. Despite my efforts, I arrived at the dealership at 17:43, only to find the service department had closed at their stated time. However, instead of leaving me stranded, the cashier ( Connie) went above and beyond by reopening her office, completing my paperwork, and ensuring my key was handed over to the salesman.Even though the salesman wasn't originally assigned to assist, he graciously retrieved my car from a locked garage to the outside door. Additionally, a cheerful lady from the office promptly addressed my concerns, and ensured the owner was made aware.While I missed the opportunity to thank the owner personally, the impression he left on me during my initial purchase in 2018 remains unforgettable. Despite a brief moment of frustration, the team's dedication to exceeding customer expectations truly set them apart.I would like to suggest that the service department improve their communication by calling customers at least an hour before pickup time to avoid such confusions. However, despite this minor hiccup, I am overall pleased and satisfied with the exceptional service provided by Jim Marsh Kia. Thank you once again for going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.Negash

disappointed with dealership, bought a 2018 kia soul, low mileage. because of my age i figured this would be my last car. I was NOT informed of high theft issue of car I am now stuck with car I cant get ins on due to lack of insurance company covering not to speak of drop in value of car. I have only pu about 10,000 miles on car in the 18 months owned. . went in a couple of times to see what could be done the salesman I spoke thought it was funny or to bad lady attitude. I will probably give car up and go back to taking bus as I can no longer afford. my advice to any purchasing a car her check with your ins first. BTW i have bought cars or referred people here I will NEVER do business with them. Buyer beware. update 2/25/24 I see they have a number of Kia Souls for sale many are within 2011-2022 these car easy to steal, also hard to insurance at a reasonable rate , if at all buyer beware call your insurance company first salesman will not give you this information. trust me I learned the hard way, also in their response they suggested I call them I did as expected no call back.

This was actually the best visit to a car dealership I ever had, from the time I walked on lot to being approved with the best deal ever to being escorted out to my new car the service was A1!!!

Our second car died and we came in yesterday with a pre approval from Capital One. Browsed the lot for quite awhile before a man who never introduced himself came out. When people think of used car lot salesmen its never a good vision, if thats what you want then come here. If you want to be treated less than, come to Jim Marsh. The salesman came on strong, horrible vibe, aggressive, rude and predatory. The manager came out and said " you gave us no specifics and this is what I got and we can sign right ..."I cut him off and stated we'd look elsewhere because I couldn't stand another second of being talked to so poorly.This place is the epitome of a used car lot and I mean that in EVERY NEGATIVE connotation I can make.I'll have you men know, we bought a car yesterday from Hyundai Centennial and the experience was lovely!! Jim Marsh and Stacey should send you guys over there to learn how to speak to people... especially people you're trying to get to buy a 23,000k vehicle! What a loss for you.

Positive:1. Juan, the salesperson did a good job and where transparent about the transaction, even though we knew he is not who made decisions about the deal.2. I saw the owner (Mr Marsh) of the dealership walking around the showroom. He is at to HIS dealership every day. Great for him. It makes a lot of respect.Negative (all dealerships do the same)1. Hiding the real numbers in their website (all the charges) related with a purchase. In a car with a total MSRP of $20,195, the additional fees were $10,400. (Almost a 50% of the selling price)2. Salesperson and supervisor presenting a set of numbers to the buyer and saying: “this is the best numbers I can give you”. Then after a couple of minutes they change the numbers.If you show to someone an option by saying that that option is the best, it is clear that nothing can be better.3. Low offer for your trade in. Do your math and make sure you know the Fair Market Value of your car.4. The Jim Marsh Kia slogan: If you don’t drive here you can’t save here” is not really true.I am not complaining about how Jim Marsh Kia conduct business at all. I respect them. My goal by making this review is to advise buyers to be prepared before heading any dealership. Be firm and make your research. Be prepare to walk away. Buyers are the ones who makes the most important decisions on the table. There are always more options to buy a car, so go to another location keep trying.

I have purchased multiple KIAs over the last 10 years from Jim marsh KIA , what keeps me coming back is the amazing customer service in the service department, Todd is always professional and just overall a great guy, the rest of the team is always nice and helpful as well, just want to give a shout out to Todd and his department cause I can’t thank them enough for always taking great care of me and our cars over the years ! We bought our first Kia from Jim Marsh dealer and the salesman and finance guys were awesome to work with. They really made me feel comfortable and weren’t pushy as I dealt with other dealers in past. Huge thank you to Masoud, Khano, Arsenio and Gino for working so hard and staying so late to get the deal done! Highly recommend these guys as they were a pleasure to work with, we will be back!

This was our first visit to Jim Marsh Kia, and the overall experience was nothing less than exceptional. The salespeople, the finance officer, management and the entire staff were knowledgeable and provided friendly and personal service with absolutely no pressure to purchase. We were given the opportunity to meet ownership who greeted and welcomed us like family. We purchased a 2024 Kia K5, and are very pleased with the car and strongly recommend this dealership.

They gave a car and took my down payment saying I was approved for the loan , I got geico insurance, only to find out after a week of driving that I wasn’t approved . I wasted money and time . Thank you Kia

Although my experience with the service center was deplorable, I have to rate for a positive experience thanks to Mr. Marsh. I really appreciate you taking the time to hear my concerns and helping to resolve my issues. It's customer service like this, that I really appreciate. I hope Mr. Marsh realizes his integrity is what keeps his business running - unfortunately his service department may need reminders of how to speak with, and treat customers. Especially when there have been nothing but ongoing problems that they are definitely aware of.Kudos to Mr. Marsh for going above and beyond for me.
