I will never take my car anywhere else. Some of the most honest and hard working people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. My car was literally a ticking time bomb, Jim was great! He only charged me for what I truly needed, gave me an itemized list of future repairs and prices so I could get them taken care of when it's convenient for me. He even got my car smogged for me. I've been driving my car for about 3 weeks since they finished the repairs and it runs like a champ. Thanks again Jim!

I have known the Jim for years and his talents are amazing when it comes to a car. Call him a "car whisperer" , he finds the issue and offers honest, estimates at reasonable prices. If he thinks the repair outweighs the value of the car, he will tell you, not take your money and sucking your wallet dry like other shops in town.

I was looking for a reliable and expert auto mechanic when a friend referred me to Jim's Pro Auto Service. I had my malfunctioning Subaru outback and did not want to waste the time at the dealership as they had a huge backlog and since I did not purchase my car there, I felt I was not getting good service. Jim took my car diagnosed the problem and I ok'd the repair. The car was done in a couple of days, and when I went to pick it up, Jim took the time to show me what was wrong with my car and the parts that were replaced and also gave me a possible explanation why it happened. Not only was he polite and seemed sincere, but his staff were very warm and friendly. I have returned a couple of times with my car for servicing from Jim's Pro Auto Service......Thanks Steve for the hookup!!!!!
