Honestly not sure how one ranks a parking lot, but there's asphalt with lines that tell you where to park your car ;) It's $3 first hour, $2 ea. addtl. Pay machine was very easy to use. The alley behind has the type of folks who gather in alleys, but they're mostly harmless.
