Alexis was wonderful, she helped me finding the shoes I needed and she was so friendly while doing it. I know she went above and beyond for me and I want to congratulate her because it’s hard to find good caring people and employees. Journeys is very lucky to have a person like her representing the brand and doing an excellent job!

Went in last Thursday on a whim and looked around. I was looking at the Doc Martens and was approached by Nina immediately. Not only was she extremely well versed in knowledge of Doc Martens, but she was incredibly honest and let me know what pair would be the best investment for what I wanted. I tried on a few pairs and went with her recommendation on some soft leather zip up platforms. Been wearing them for the past week, no break in period required they were immediately comfortable!! I’m so happy with my purchase. Huge shout out to Nina for her awesome knowledge and perfect recommendation. Can’t thank you enough!!

My experience today was not so good, I felt a bit of racism towards me from a local employee. It really was something unpleasant.

My family purchased some Chuck Taylors at this store and the night we stopped in, the employees were outstanding...especially the one that assisted us (she had broken glasses). I don't shop at this store but based on my daughter's interest in this store/franchise, I have to give it 5 stars based on the feedback she provided to me. I will add that I enjoy how Journeys supports the men and women of the Armed Forces and its Veterans. The selection seems great for consumers and the prices seem adequate.Normally, I provide a robust review to all my Google reviews, but since I already provided an all-in-one review to the mall that this store is in, I won't bore everyone with the specifics. Bottom line, I recommend this store to everyone.

Went inside of Journeys 2/27/2023 and it was kind of packed inside but I continued on to look around. A white girl with blonde hair asked if I needed any help and I said yes and she was rushing me saying she's the only person working and have many shoes to grab for other customers.. so I better come on and tell what size I need...which I found very rude, I should had left then but I tried on shoes and continue to look more. The same girl asked if I needed more help (this is a SHOE STORE so I am trying on different shoes). I can tell she was very irritated by me but I do not understand how...I was just trying to find a pair of shoes I wanted to buy. I just walked out because I should never have to feel like I am bothering someone when that is there JOB.
