The store is located on the south end of the outlet mall. It’s a good size store with great selection.Mia and Tati in the store were fantastic!!! So pleasant and helpful. They offered to look online and order the shoes in my size, since they didn't have them in stock at the store.They explained it would be free shipping or I could choose in store pickup.They highlighted my receipt with the order number and a number to call if I there are any issues.It was such a pleasant shopping experience with these sweet girls who gave you the feeling they wanted to help. A lot of places you shop nowadays, you feel like a bother when you ask a question and people are just there to collect a paycheck.This shopping experience made my day, since it’s rare to come across young hardworking girls with great attitudes like Mia and Tati.

My brother was looking for these shoes everywhere and apparently Journey's was the only store that had them... so I sent them back to Oregon for him. thank you

Nobody likes to be bombarded or harassed with they shop. I had a lovely lady helping me out with my shoes and while we were waiting we watched another staff member harass another client about purchasing socks and upsell products. Don’t get me wrong - that’s completely fine and it’s your job to try to upsell… but there’s a time when you need to take no as an answer.After the girl helping us left to the back. The one who was bugging the other customer literally slid across the floor to my area started asking me multiple times if I wanted these ugly socks. I repeatedly stated “I have all this extra stuff at home I’m a converse addict” she CONTINUED after I kept saying no and her line was “you never know” which was even more annoying as I know what I want and what I don’t want. At that point I literally had to ignore her and walk away to the front otherwise I would have told her to leave me alone but I don’t want to hurt her feelings or come off super rude right off the bat. I even had other customers say to me to tell her to leave me alone.Once I made it up to the front. The girl who was originally helping me was pushed aside by the SAME girl who was just on the ground trying to upsell me. She continued to try to sell me sprays etc for my shoes. I said multiple times no I’m good, I have it all at home and once again she continued to push using her line “you never know” and once you continued to say no she would get an attitude so at that point I started to ignore her again because it seriously was just too much and you could tell her co-workers were quite embarrassed.Sometimes it’s best to learn when to be quiet and let people be especially if they know what they’re coming in for. The money hungry and harassment like treatment in this store isn’t a good look for any business and if that was one of my employees I’d be concerned on how many customers I’ve lost due to this as there were at least 4 others in the store stating the same thing. It was super uncomfortable and she’s lucky someone didn’t tel her off.

Unfortunately Mikayla needs to check her work before she ships items. I ordered brown hey dudes size 11 mens and got womens white Steve maddens in size 8. I could see perhaps grabbing a wrong color or size, but a completely different size, color, and gender? Someone needs to get additional training perhaps

Haley was the sweetest employee helping me get some shoes that they didn’t have at this location but she called another location and put them on hold for me, helped me while I was feeling stressed out but I’m totally grateful Haley helped me with a great attitude!

Helpful staff, clean store with a nice variety. I stopped in for a pair of sneakers for the kids. The young lady was energetic but listened attentively. She helped the kids out with some new sneakers and they look great. Not a huge store but they get a lot of product in there.

I just walked out of the store and the first thing I had to do was pick up my phone to leave a review. Brian (Bryan?) was incredibly helpful and I'm not exaggerating when I say my interactions with him were probably the best I've ever had shopping for footwear. Their selection was pretty good, Brian had great advice, and went above and beyond help me make the right decision.
