Drove an hour and half just to go to Hey Dudes, Journeys lied to me and told me there wasn't a Hey Dudes in the mall and I ended up buying 2 pairs of Hey Dudes. After walking a little further through the mall I found Hey Dudes and she had the exact same shoes we wanted two for the price I paid for one so I took back one pair of shoes to Journey for dishonesty and ended up buying 4 pairs at Hey Dudes. When I took them back the guy acted like he had never done a return before. He was trying to get me to put my return on a card knowing I just paid cash for them. I said I wanted my $65 cash back. He then had me get his co-workers attention away from another customer so she could stand in front of one register while he tried to get money from the other register and counted out $45 in 5s which took several minutes and had a $20 from the first register where her began my return at and he kept saying he never counted back change for a return before then told his coworker thank you and then put the money back in that drawer, closed it and then proceeded to count out $45 in 5s again from the original register with the one $20 bill. Finally after about ten minutes he gave me my money and I went to leave and he called me back over to sign the receipt. Overall a dishonest uneasy visit. I will not be returning just for the simple fact he flat lied to me and then when I wanted to return them due to his dishonesty I feel like he intentionally took a long time knowing they were closing and didn't think I'd be able to purchase from Hey Dudes like I originally planned. He should have been honest just as Hey Dudes was telling us to check out the other 3rd parties before making a decision. Just an extremely unprofessional experience. This was the evening of August 18th.

I had the worst customer service at Birkenstock in Austin. While on vacation I decided to just see what they had in stock, WOAH!!! Great selection and the staff was extremely patient and helpful with getting me the right shoe size. She brought out the Boston Clog even though I was interested & asked for the Arizona sandal. Well, ended up with the clog. So comfy. Thanks for such a wonderful experience

Wow!
Best customer service. My daughter went in for a pair of Vans and the staff was super helpful:) Every staff member in that store was super friendly. They go out of their way to help you out. Again, amazing customer service and very friendly!!!!

Customer beware, when the store doesn't have what u need in my case my boot size they will ask u if u want it delivered for free , once u agree to that ur basically on ur own my package was lost and now they said the policy is that once is out of their facility they're not responsible for it lol. How is it my fault when I physically went to the store to buy an item n I was nice enough to still buy it even if it wasn't available in the store.. this place is a joke. Will definitely not recommend!

The staff were super nice. They put some shoes my husband was looking for on hold. They had jo issues with checking online to find alternative sizes for the kids even getting us coupons. Very helpful but not overbearing.

I went in fully expecting to purchase a new pair of Birkenstocks because the shoes I was wearing got dirty. When we walked into the store we were bombarded by many teenagers who were overwhelmingly trying to make a sale. They were extremely aggressive and pushy about anything I looked at. As I said, I was 100% going in expecting to purchase a pair of shoes but left empty handed because I couldn’t handle the bombardment anymore. Their strategy did not work and probably costs them many customers.

This location is located in the Miracle Mile shopping center on the Las Vegas strip. Parking is free for the 1st hour making it quite easy to run in if you need to; which is just what we did when my fiancés converses gave out and he needed a new pair. The two gals working had a great attitude for how busy their store was being hit. They quickly located the correct size, style he needed and got us in and out. Very happy with the ease of our experience with them.
