Staff super friendly! I went there for a pair of white chucks and she brings out my size but in 4 different colors.... Im like I like you hunnie! Hahaha I end up buying a white and black pair lol I wish I remembered her name but it started with an M. I would most def be back and thank yall for the service

Totally agreed with others the store manager, Jade, is rude.I bought online pair of sneakers size 7.5 but it's too big. I called Journeys for exchange to size 7. However, they said if I send it back by post for exchange, it may take up to 4 weeks, and by the time the size 7 may be gone. So I made another purchase of size 7 online and went to the store for a refund on the size 7.5. When I got to the store, the cashier lady said she could do a exchange, I then explained the situation and asked for a refund. She then took a shoe out and turned it over, she said I wore it, she couldn't refund it. I was shocked, I only tried it on in my garage when I got it from post and realized it's too big, then I put it back to the box. It did have some very lightly dust on it, and it's only one shoe of the 7.5 pair. I explained to her it might be dusty in my garage, it had been tried on, that's all. She didn't even care, her attitude was, stood there, staring at you, and repeating "you wore it". No matter how I explained the whole story, she replied "you wore it". I asked her to give me a wet paper so I can wipe the dust off, she refused so. I said to my husband, she's crazy. From this moment after, whatever I said to her, she only replied "you called me crazy". A few times she even turned to her colleagues there and said to them "she called me crazy", from the way she looked at her colleagues i knew she must be the store manager because she thought she's powerful, and all she cared about was I called her crazy. In later arguing, she said to us more than 3 time she's the store manager. She was using the store manager power to bully a customer, I even thought she's racist. My point of view is that she agreed to exchange but not refund, so was it really because of the tiny dust? Or does she just need an achievement?I then took back the shoes, using s paper towel to wipe off the dust, took it to another Journeys store, and got a refund without a word.It's Lunar new year, and Jade ruined it. A store manager should do better with attitudes and mentally and emotionally maturity.

Customer service was awkward the two cashiers seemed like they weren't sure what they were doing. No greeting just staring at us then I spoke to get the ball rolling. I needed a smaller size for my daughter from an online purchase that was delivered and was super big on her. They did have the size I needed for my daughter which was a blessing because when I called the online to see if they had her size they didn't have it and checked a 20 mile radius from my house and no stores had her size. We took a chance coming to the mall and we successfully got our exchange. Prices are a little more expensive from online prices. Most of the shoes they had were the classic colors not much of a variety of special colors between converse and vans.

Not only did they have the item in stock that I needed at (THE VERY LAST MINUTE). They were smiling and went above and beyond to make sure all the customers were happy!!I'm impressed with the phenomenal attitude of all the staff there!

Another store I had not visited in 8 years and it had exactly what I was looking for.
The lady who helped me was extremely courteous. I highly recommend and will return eventually.
