Amazing experience! Very knolageable and passionate about BMWs n Minis. A friend recommended this place when I purchased a new / used car for a pre sale inspection. They squeezed me in and gave me an independent inspection with a list of what's needed. Very reasonable price! Highly recomended!!

Based on a recommendation, just brought my car into JPR Automotive for replacement of engine mounts, along with an oil change and new cabin air filter. My experience was tremendous. The quality of work was great, they didn't try to swindle me like some other places that said I needed additional things that I did not, were reasonably priced, and they had everything done in 24 hours. Ralph (the owner) seemed like a gentleman, and a special shout out to Dana because her customer service skills were awesome! I will gladly recommend JPR Automotive to others.

My girlfriend and her son have both used JPR and were extremely happy with the service they received so I called and they had me come in then took it right back. I don't remember her name in the office but she was amazing and Jim that did the work was great too. He took me back and showed me what he was going to do before doing it. They are totally honest and do good work I will trust them completely with any future work.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Would not recommend. Owner was quite rude and spoke vulgar to me. I am female and I feel this is how he treats women. Go here if you want to have your day ruined, made to feel less than, and be over charged for less than quality work.
