Why is your terminal 85 degrees inside? The waiting room is sterile, uncomfortable, the craft services options are dismal... First and probably last time flying you. I'll go back to Delta with a proper lounge and services. At least they have AC!

Booked a flight to have a smooth easy trip ,
Well turned out to be the hardest trip my flight got cancelled no refund was offered waited in airport for 4 hours
On fone for 2 hours

JSX simplifies short-distance travel remarkably. The check-in process for luggage is effortless, and the option to fly business class for every flight is an unbeatable perk. Enjoying a complimentary drink during the flight adds to the delightful experience. Overall, everything is perfect! I wish I could choose this airline for all my travels. Thank you.

Flight and the staff were great
Except they nearly destroyed my garment bag with my suit it, which apparently they’re no longer allowed to hang in the cabin!
Very disappointing!

Enjoyed the convenience of bypassing all the hassles of the TSA, crowd, distance and not to mentioned delays and cancellations of big airlines at large airports. The check-in was swift and the amenities at the boarding area were adequate. Nothing but compliment about the service and flight. The airport was about 10 to 15 minute Uber ride to most of the hotels on the Strip. Originally thought rent a car would be an issue, but glad to find out Caesars has Enterprise on site, so taking Uber to the Hotel worked perfectly.
