Aaron gave excellent customer service. Went to have my wife’s rings soldered together and Aaron actually seen my ring and offered to clean it. Awesome service for purchases as well.

Aaron at Kay Jewelers in Downtown Summerlin did a fantastic job in helping my husband get a replacement wedding ring. The ring was lost, and the pattern was well out of date from 40 years ago. Aaron coordinated a similar gold band with Kay Jewelers' expert etchers who were able to match the design, much to our satisfaction!
