Great staff friendly and helpful. Ms Dee and Ms Monique are awesome. My son loves it there which was hard because he didn’t care for his previous school.

I have nothing but good words for Kiddie Academy Centennial Hills. My husband and I are so happy to have chosen Kiddie Academy for our daughter. She looks forward to going to school everyday to see her teacher, Ms. Helen and her classmates at the Eagles class. Everyone in the school is very welcoming and nice. We also love that they have a camera where we can watch our daughter. They also send daily reports so you can track your child's learning progress as well as what she did throughout the day. This is our first time to send her to school and we couldn't thank Kiddie Academy enough for taking care of our daughter. She has thrived emotionally, socially and of course being at Kiddie Academy nurtured her learning.

I can't say enough positive things about Kiddie Academy! Their educational child care services have truly created a positive and enriching experience for my children (all 3 attend KA) and I'm incredibly grateful for the dedication and commitment their team demonstrates. The teachers at Kiddie Academy are nothing short of fantastic. They go above and beyond to make sure every child feels welcome, engaged, and excited to be part of the class. Their passion for teaching is evident, and my child looks forward to going to school every day because of them. What truly stands out is the exceptional cooperation and open-mindedness of the Owner and Directors at Kiddie Academy. They have been incredibly accommodating, working closely with us to meet our specific needs and requests. Their willingness to listen and adapt to our requirements has made our experience even more positive.Thank you, Kiddie Academy, for making a positive impact on my children's early years!

I am really disappointed in Kiddie Academy Centennial. My son is 1 year and 9 months. It was his first time in daycare, around other kids, around other adults, and at home, we only speak Spanish to him (language barrier). I had to go back to work, so that was a change on its own for him. He had mixed emotions (anxiety, frustration, and sometimes too excited) he seemed to express those feelings by biting other children. He was definitely not doing it maliciously. He just couldn't figure out what other way to express those feelings. He probably went to daycare for a whole week and then got suspended for a week because of the biting. All they would say is that they would redirect him, but I never saw them try any other methods with him. I understand that biting is not ok, and we also worked with him at home, I even purchased the teeth are not for biting book, chew necklaces, and took his favorite toy to daycare. I had a meeting with the director, and she said we try everything possible before withdrawing them. He went back to daycare, and he did it again the first day back. They didn't tell me if they did any of the methods they said they do. Well, the 3rd day back, he did it again, and I get a call that he can't continue anymore. I was told that he did it back to back while 2 teachers were watching him at the time it happened. I don't see how that is possible if they were "watching him." They also said they assigned one of the teachers to watch him a little more closely. I don't see how they missed him doing it, not once but twice and 2 teachers right where he did it. Of course, they came up with every excuse possible. They said they have a counselor that comes in and sees why these behaviors are happening, but they didn't try anything with my son. The director said these methods are done before it gets excessive. Well, why didn't they try these methods his 1st day back. I would have gone to the school myself for a few hours to help and watch if he tried to bite. Kiddie Academy doesn't want to deal with any children that cause any type of issue. As you can tell from the other 1 star reviews, they don't want to deal with issues. My son was probably at the Academy for about 2 or 3 weeks, and they gave up that quick and didn't want to deal with it or try any of their "methods." They want it really easy. Do better Kiddie Academy or train your teachers better.

I wrote the director 7/13 with a lengthy email of my concerns for my child, his classmates, and the fast decline in child care for the kids in his class. The director wrote me back 7/19 letting me know she would respond to my email thoroughly. Today I checked in with her (nearly 3 weeks later since my first email) and I got a response back about my last payment and closed account since I pulled my son out of the day care, but when I asked again if I was going to get a response about my email addressing my concerns (Sent 7/13) it has been crickets. Tomorrow marks 21 days since that first email was sent. If your child is somewhere between the ages 2-4 do not send them here. The class they provide for this age is in limbo. They have a high turnover rate and they have had no teacher since my son was last there 4 weeks ago and even prior to that starting around February/March of 2023. Due to the high turnover rate they have combined 2 classrooms. They have adult bodies in the classroom but no assigned teacher. I am not even sure they have lesson plans - the kids are in charge of themselves. I am not going to go into all the details of my email but the lack of response is deafening and sends the message that they will take no responsibility or acknowledge me or my concerns. Extremely unprofessional. I would not be surprised if I get a response on here that throws the blame back on me and my child while deflecting -- that seems to be the trend from management for negative yelp reviews.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am that I found the Kiddie Academy of Centennial Hills and how impressed I am with the exceptional care their staff provides. As a first-time parent returning to work, I was apprehensive about leaving my precious 11-week-old in the care of others…but just after a few days all my worries were put to rest. The teachers are truly outstanding. Their professionalism, dedication, and genuine love for the babies in their care are evident in every interaction. They go above and beyond to create a warm, nurturing, and safe environment that fosters growth and development of our little one.The daycare is clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and filled with age-appropriate toys and educational materials that stimulate the babies’ senses and promote their cognitive development. The caregivers take the time to get to know each child and their unique needs, ensuring that they receive the personalized attention they deserve. It’s so heartwarming to see how the teachers engage with the babies, showering them with love and attention, playing with them, singing songs, and reading stories to encourage their social and emotional growth.Communication is also excellent at the Kiddie Academy. The daily reports and updates I receive about my little one’s activities, meals and milestones are detailed and thorough. They also have high resolution cameras in each room where I can check on my baby whenever I start to miss him. This open line of communication between staff and parents gives me peace of mind knowing that my child is well taken care of throughout the day.I also must mention the sense of community that the academy fosters. They organize family events and celebrations allowing parents to connect with each other and build a supportive network.I wholeheartedly recommend the Kiddie Academy of Centennial Hills to any parent in search of a nurturing and enriching environment for their little one. My baby is 6.5 months old now and he is thriving thanks to the Kiddie Academy; they have exceeded all expectations and provided exceptional experience. I am very thankful to the entire team for the incredible work you do!

We are absolutely happy we decided to go with Kiddie Academy of Centennial Hills. The facility is always clean, the staff are so friendly and professional, and love the activities they have scheduled for the kids. Every time we enter/leave the facility, we are welcomed by the staff and they all know my LO's name. We love that they clean their toys and areas everyday, wash their sheets daily, and sanitize the play area daily. They prepare a variety of meals for the kids. What really sold us with this daycare is being able to see our LO on live streaming as well as sending a daily report and update with pictures. Our LO is in the Kangaroo class and teachers Mrs Angela and Ms Michelle are amazing! They are so good and patient with the kids. They are always interacting and playing with them and so professional. This is the first daycare we have gone through and gave us an amazing experience. Wish we weren't moving otherwise we would keep our LO here. We highly recommend this daycare!

The teachers here love the kiddos, they listen to your needs and adjust with feedback. They will work with you if you communicate with them. Everyone is always polite and friendly.

I give him that score because of the discrimination they had against my son from the beginning when they realized that my son was a little more active than the others they began to look for problems that he does not communicate that he pushes that he messes with other children they told me that that behavior is not normal that he enrolled him in other things and that he was just there for a while obviously so as not to take care of him I took him to the doctor who examined him and told me that the Child is completely normal the only thing he had was that he did not say a sentence complete for his vocabulary I send him to a speech therapist who told him the same thing about daycare and he also examined it and still told me that he did not see anything out of the ordinary in it. I am writing all this in case you are choosing to take your children to this “academy”, keep this in mind that if your children bother you, they will look for problems as if they were specialists in diagnosis, all this so that you take your child out as they do not have the capacity To take care of it, they don't do activities for them other than reading a book to them and making them watch videos when they make them paint, it's just for the photo of the daily report and that's it. They also force them to sleep. I preferred to take my child out the last day I took him with 1 hour and a half, they were already sending me another report and if they couldn't cope with it, they would tell me to go look for him.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! I would recommend them to anyone that can make the commute reasonably!I have heard so many daycare horror stories from friends and coworkers, but I have NEVER had anything close to a horrible experience.Even when I've had concerns the management staff there is amazing and has always responded and assisted me immediately. Usually, it was just a small miscommunication, nothing ever serious. There is some turnover in the company, but really these days, what company doesn't have that?I have loved every teacher my son has had. They always communicate when he needs something or if he's not feeling well or even had a small accident like falling down as toddlers are prone to do.I've trusted them with my son since he was 6-weeks old and I never want to go anywhere else. They give me amazing feedback at the end of the day, they have cameras I can log into at any time. They help my son reach his milestones and he loves everyone there. If you have kids and you want to KNOW they are in good hands, this is the place for them to be!They aren't the cheapest, but they aren't the most expensive either and really it's worth it to make sure your child is with people that will care for them as best as you would (while watching 7 other kids at the same time if not better given the scenario lol).

We absolutely adore this KA location and staff. Our now almost 3 year old started shortly after she turned 1. She learned SO MUCH!The curriculum is extremely appropriate and the activities they do are something I definitely can't keep up with at home. They are well-fed, special diets are very much so respected, and peeking in on the cameras - you can see the peer to peer influence during meal times is beneficial! The staff is wonderful, though the turn over is high in childcare. The billing department was extremely understanding and generous when we had a family tragedy. The director and district director are some of my favorite ladies! They weed out anyone who does not have our children's best interests in mind.We went through the biting phase here, and I cannot tell you how helpful the staff was in navigating it. I thought we would for sure be expelled, but they worked with us. Communication is everything!Cameras are well-placed, daily reports are insightful, and we have literally albums of pictures that staff take to document everything your little(s) does during the day!I'm currently home so she's not enrolled, but every day she asks when she can go back to see her friends and teacher.I implore you to go and visit the facility, talk to the staff and peek in at the room your little(s) will be in. We started in Penguins and LOVE the teacher there. She made the transition for a 1 year old so easy.

My toddler absolutely loves this institution. The teachers are organized & caring, the facility is brand new and the live cameras all put any parent at ease.Their Director Michelle really helped me make the switch to her academy and since then Denise, Lindsay the co director and Kelly make their school feel like a second home to my little one. It seems all the Teachers know my little one by name. Did I mention they distribute daily digital reports of your kids activities, potty times, meals, lesson objectives and include pictures? Makes the communication with the teachers all the easier and as a parent allows me to fortify what my little one has learned at school at home. The kitchen staff even takes care of my little one's milk preference and vegetarian meal request.I wouldn't have my kid any other place. They are a super hard working team. Highly recommend!

All of the teachers my daughter has had are wonderful. They have top-notch communication between daily reports, emails/Facebook updates about events and activities, and being able to check in with cameras. My daughter loves all of her teachers and she does so many different activities that are fun and educational. We’ve been at Kiddie Academy for over a year now and it’s been wonderful.
