Prices too high

There were so many clothes hanging that it was hard to look at them, so I couldn't buy anything.

They didn't respect the prices, I have a pic of the vacuum for 29.99. When I pay, they want to charge me 100. I showed them a the pic of the item when clearly you can see more than 3 on the same area. The manager refused to respect the price even after I showed him the pic.

The staff of this store racially profiled my husband. To start off, I had just the day before applied for a Kohl’s credit card and added my husband as an authorized user so both of our information was in the system. Before he even left for the store I called Kohl’s customer service to see how we could make an in store purchase without having received the physical card yet. They told me they could look up my husband using his social security number and if they needed any additional authorization they would either call customer service or call me directly. My husband was in the store for over 2 hours and filled 2 shopping carts worth of clothes, shoes, and toys for our 4 kids, all the while an associate was hounding him asking him if he needed help with anything. At this point they had no idea how he would be paying for our stuff, but was already suspiciously following him around the store. (My husband is 6’1 300lb there’s no way he was running out of the store with 2 full carts of stuff, packing our car and driving off all on his own 🙄) When he finished his shopping he was taken DIRECTLY to the back of the store to the Return counter, they put him under the impression that because he had so much stuff it’d be easier to ring him up there. They rang up all of the items and he provided his full social security number and ID to bring up our credit card info. He could clearly see his name on the screen and thought everything was fine. While his items were being bagged he turned around and 4 metro police officers were standing behind him asking him to go outside so they could talk to him. The associates had called the police on my husband accusing him of credit card fraud EVEN THOUGH MY HUSBAND AND THE ASSOCIATE COULD CLEARLY SEE HIS NAME AND SOCIAL IN THE SYSTEM. Mind you my husband had on a watch that was probably more than any one of the employees’ yearly salary, but because he’s a big black man there’s absolutely no way he could afford the stuff in the carts he filled. He had to FaceTime me and show the officer my photo ID to prove that we owned the account that he was also on. The manager didn’t even apologize and expected my husband to continue the transaction as if he wasn’t accused of 1. Stealing and 2. Credit card fraud. We’ve been Kohl’s customers for years! I can say we will never be in any Kohl’s location after this incident. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unnecessary.

I have been a customer at Kohls for many years and have always had wonderful experiences with the sales associates. However, this past Tuesday at the Blue Diamond location in Las Vegas, I had an associate names Francis that was rude, and disrespectful to me and when I asked to speak to a manager because I wanted to file a complaint, she tried to get another associate and customers to side with her that I was wrong and that she was being nice to me. I will not be going back to shop at that location any time soon and am hoping the management team will be looking into the complaint I filed and hopefully giving proper training to this particular employee.

We stopped by there the other day & the store was a mess. Racks & shelves had clothes just thrown on them. Looks like no one was straightening out any of it. The first time I've seen this store in such a disaster.

If you respect your dollar then don't shop at this store, specifically Sephora at this location! I was not greeted at all or asked if I needed help, they assumed I was stealing & the worker stood behind me for 10 mins without acknowledging me but breathing on my back making me very scared & uncomfortable! Then She kept acting like she was hiding but she kept peeping in my aisle without addressing me, when I paid for my $40 two faced concealer, the worker seemed upset that I was able to buy my products! It's not in my culture nor bloodline to steal! Anyways If you enjoy makeup like myself, then don't shop at this location or any location, instead purchase it through delta sky mile shopping, you get so many deals and every dollar spent is 3 miles in airline points. So the more you shop delta, you're saving money on airline tickets!!! DONT SHOP HERE! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! Especially if you're a foundational black American! Please think twice on where you spend your money!

Walked into the store and spent a total of 21.00 dollars. I was paying with my kohls card that my mom was holding. Reason why I have my mom hold my stuff is because I have a two year girl. Don’t single and profile people. If you ask for ID ask across the board and not just one person because the person in front of me didn’t get asked for id.

Great product, poor customer service. When you're handling someone's money, you should pay more care to not just "cash out" then say "oh, I'm so sorry I couldn't do your transaction the way you wanted, go to customer service." Never again, thanks.
