Also all clerks in returns were patient and focused on returning every bit of my refund to my account.

SHEPHORA On February 17, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., I was attended by a young man at your store. I asked him about a sunscreen, and he led me to the section, but after showing me the product, he quickly walked away. I had more questions, but he was no longer available to assist me. Later, two women arrived who were very kind, offered useful advice, and provided excellent service.
However, when I approached the young man again to ask about a lipstick I had tried and about the burning sensation it caused, he responded in a dismissive manner, simply telling me that it was normal. He also abruptly informed me that I could no longer use the testers, as the store did not allow it. This left me confused, as testers are there specifically for customers to try products before making a purchase decision.
Although I had initially decided not to buy the products because of this negative experience, I had already spent a considerable amount of time selecting them, so I ended up purchasing them. However, I did not feel comfortable with the process or the young manâs attitude, which made me question whether I would return to the store in the future.
Itâs important that customers receive respectful treatment and that testers are used properly to assist in making informed decisions. My experience with the young man left a negative impression, and I believe improvements in customer service are needed in this area.

This kohls was very unprofessional and the staff was mean and not wanting to help. I will not be going back. Asked the manager for help and never returned jasmine or Yasmine or something like that offered to help right after the manager ditched me and then left same as the girl great staff honestlyđ

I am shocked that they allow you to order online, never receive it, never received the replacement order and the customer service is horrible!!! All along found out it was out of stock and now I have a missing piece to a set. Shame on you Kohlâs.

Donât order online. Theyâre absolutely awful.
Shitty customer service, shitty delivery times. And good luck. You can order something, then itâs out of stock even though you already bought it. And donât worry even though my kid missed out on Christmas presents, the customer service lady apologized for the inconvenience. So everything is magically all better!

I was in line with an Amazon return at Kohls on Grand Canyon in Las Vegas.
When I stepped up to give the customer service person , Christie, my return, she immediately questioned if I was in line. I was offended that she singled me out and assumed I had cut in front of other people. Her tone was very condescending when I asked her why she thought I had cut in front of others and I was insulted she made such an assumption since I was the only person of color in line. I shop at this Kohlâs frequently and return my Amazon items here when needed. I have never encountered anyone as rude as Christie. She may need sensitivity training on how to address people.

Black Friday deals were pathetic and nothing was in stock. They advertised âthe first 200 in, winâ. That was the most disappointing thing ever! No prizes were given out AND I never received my kohlâs cash. I wonât waste my time there again. Boooo kohlâs

They didn't have the shoes in the store that I saw online, and when I tried to find something else in 9 and a half wide they had nothing, it was was a wasted trip to a useless store!
