Yuck! I don't know if it was because it was Las Vegas, but the room smelled like smoke. No hot water and roach in the sink. Plus the breakfast was lousy. There are a lot of restaurants close by and it is near a hospital. I would not stay here ever again.

We had an awesome experience at La Quinta irrespective of locations. The rooms are clean and spacious and is well equipped with Microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast served is sumptuous and the dtaff is friendly.

Let's rename this hotel the LA Stinkta Inn. It smells like urine by the 1st floor elevator. I was visiting from Reno area and didn't wanna stay on the strip to avoid certain issues, like clean rooms..the 1st room had urine in the bathroom and hair that didn't belong to me. Not to mention the red residue all in the shower, god only knows what that was. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless u don't mind these few issues. The front desk lady did switch us to a different room but the couch in that one reeked of mildew so i used half my bottle of febreeze, then covered it with the towels from the bathroom. I had the creeps by then so don't do it...thought SUMMERLIN WOULD BE BETTER BUT ITS NOT. itsme itsme

Free breakfast was a joke, the juice machine was out of order, didnāt even have the snacks and drinks available for purchase. They say they serve breakfast until 9:30am on the weekends but at 9am it was pretty much all gone. The amount of money they charge a night $235 to be exact was a complete waste! I tried calling the front desk from my room 3 times and no one answers. I also tried calling before I arrived to confirm my reservation and again no one answered.They AC unit does not work properly and since no one answered the front desk phone I couldnāt report it.I should have paid $100 more down the street. Supposedly owned by the same company but my friend said it was nice, breakfast was good and staff was available.Iām very disappointed with my stay and will not stay with La Quinta ever again!And after reading all of the reviews, it looks like this is an on going issue. So this place does not strive to fix any of the issues. Total rip off!

Broken treadmills, no towels in the workout area at any point during the stay. Broken juice machine at breakfast with only water provided. Desk lamp in the room was Broken and would not work. Nice people at the desk, but this was just a very poorly maintained la quinta.

Room layout was good, A/C was fantastic, but holy moly the rooms are filthy. I would only ever recommend this place if you are traveling with pets. So gross.Rooms: Filthy

I had the worse hotel experience here. The alarm went on at 2 AM and no one knew how to turn it off. The fire department came and they didnāt know the code either so they left and the alarm kept going on till 4 AM. There was a bunch of elderly people waiting outside, families sitting in their cars and there was no manager or supervisor on site (not only for this night but the next day upon check out as well.) The night of the incident someone from the reception told me that we would be refunded for the night. The next day a different receptionist checked us out and said that all he can do is deduct $50 from the bill. I asked to speak to the manager and he said that the manager was not around. There was a line of angry people waiting at the lobby to complain so I didnāt bother to keep arguing as it was getting me nowhere. Two days later I realize that the $50 that was supposed to be deducted from my bill was actually ADDED on to my bill. I called the hotel and they said they were going to fix the issue. A few hours later I checked to see if they did and they made another error on my bill. It wasnāt until the third time that they seem to get it right. I was very disappointed at the customer service. No one was able to get proper sleep that night and they did not even offer the courtesy of a late check out or extended breakfast hours. Oh and there was no email sent out to the guests apologizing for the incident. This was an awful experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst experience I ever have in a hotel staying!!Last night around 2:30 a.m., the fire alarm triggered. we were shocked since we were sleeping. There wasn't any fire! it was a malfunction in the alarm system, there was some spot at the hotel the water was dripping from the ceiling.We've been evaluated out of the hotels, and I noticed so many of the seniors' people also there.Fire truck arrived and they keep trying to solve the issue but it looks was not an easy problem which it took more than 2 hours to solve while me and many other people keep waiting for the problem to solve we slept at our car at the hotel parking lot.It was a very bad experience, and it affected the rest of the day and ruined my staying there.Also, breakfast was below my expectations , that scrambled egg tastes so bad, and it smells like a boiling egg, juice machine was out of order, coffee wasn't good just waffle was fine.There wasn't a good variety of choices as other same level hotel offers for breakfast.Bathroom has a dirty bathtub, black fingerprints on doors.Elevator door it has a big dent damaged from inside and it was dirty also the elevator floor was filthy.I will never choose this hotel and any other La Quinta hotels

The pool is closed. The treadmills are out of order. The breakfast is not good. Fire alarm going off for an hour at 3 am due to a faulty water pump. Apparently this is a known and frequent problem. Reading the reviews the manager just says āsorry your information has been passed to management for review.ā But nothing has been done to actually fix the problems. Iāve been here for over a week and nothing has improved. Iām staying for work and will sure I never stay here again. Worst La Quinta stay ever.Update: As expected, standard response from management with no expectations to improve.

Bath Room dirty bathtub very dirty black fingerprints on doors Q-tips on the floor had to call maintenance to fix air conditioner. Elevator inside has holes key card worked only half the time I was there. Itās next to a freeway and none of the rooms are quiet. I would suggest this hotel to my worst enemy. Front desk was notified nothing was done. I notified corporate. They did not accommodate me.

Not sure what's going on with this place, but there's an OUT OF ORDER sign on almost EVERYTHING in this hotel. The pool. Half the machines in the fitness center. The juice machines for breakfast. Elevator #1. I mean, seriously. Also, I reserved a king bed room. They didn't have one when I arrived, so they put us in a room with 2 double beds. Not ideal. The beds are small. The room isn't very clean. Bathroom tub is filthy. Stains on the ceiling. Oof. Makes me reconsider my Wyndham membership. Not satisfied.

Rooms: The showers have hot water for a few minutes then it was ice cold, the toilets didnāt flush properly. When we checked into our room it wasnāt clean there was dirty towels and trash all around the room.
