Every encounter includes some issue. My last visit - out of three specimens - only one came back with results, the others tossed out for various reasons - wrong container, stored incorrectly. And they NEVER answer their phone. Totally incompetent. GO TO QUEST!

Fast, but i had the last appointment.
They have online appointments. This location had best availability.
They use a lot of electronic check in. Like email and texting.

Didn’t seem very cleanly. Waiting room smelled weird. Employees were nice to me but seemed irritated and I totally get it because some of the patients that came in while I was there were very odd or rude. Getting blood work was really fast as a walk in.

Do not come here!!, I set an appointment online and was 25 minutes ahead of my schedule appointment the Latino girl called everyone but me although I checked in way before everyone else. I said why am I the last one when I was here before anyone I checked in at 1025 she laughed it off with no answer and then told me to wait for a draw this heffa tried to draw my blood I told her no thank you I need someone else. If you are black be careful in these places PAIN THEY TRY TO INFLICT do not trust anyone that purposely tries to do you wrong

Whoever is at the front desk hung up on me twice. They would lift the phone up off the hook and then hang up immediately as if irritated by the phone ringing.
If you're unhappy with your life/job, I would suggest that you seek therapy for your issues.

I arrived at 230 for a 245 bloodwork appointment, didn't get in until 315. No clue why it took so long, nurse who took my blood was really nice though

The staff is rude. Sitting on their phones barking orders at you. The front desk guy with glasses did nothing but look down at his phone scrolling social media the whole time I was at the front and sitting in the lobby. Not a good location.

I’ve been to this location twice and have had a great experience both times. Today I needed lab work done for a procedure I am getting done out of state. I didn’t have a doctors order for bloodwork but the gentleman in the front desk let me know what my options were to get the test I needed done. He made me aware I can request them online and pay out of pocket. I was having issues with finding one of the test I needed done at labcorp.com so a very nice young lady that was at the front at the time assisted me in trying to find the test I needed but was not able too find it. She then told me she could try through another website that might show the test I needed the website is requestatest.com I was able to find everything i needed and purchase the tests. While I waited for confirmation, the gentleman in the front desk kept me updated and kept acknowledging that I was there… I was able to get the blood work done within 15 minutes after purchasing through the website. I appreciated not being turned away and having them assist me because it was important to get my test done today. Thank you :)

Costumer service is unbelievable, the male guy at the front desk is so rude, he’s job is to explain patients what they don’t know about their test he yelled in front of everyone saying I should have read their miniature sign they have at the window, like if is not their job to explain me things that as a client I do not know! Please fired this people and hire good employees don’t wonder why this location has only 3 stars, I also started thinking that if they treated me like this, I can’t imagine how they treat my patients as well, as we refer a lot of clients to labcorp from our clinics, they always complaint about the costumer service and some say they are races, I believe it now!

I’ve been coming to this location for a while, primarily because they have plenty of availability for lab work. Unfortunately, despite being a health-related facility, the environment often appears unsanitary, with noticeable uncleanliness and improper disposal of items.
Customer service is generally poor, with the exception of one or two staff members who are very professional.

I’ve been here on several occasions at this point. I’ve never had an appointment- only walk ins on weekdays between 6:30-7am. They always have me in and out quickly, they are kind and friendly and almost always get it on the first go which isn’t usually the case with my veins!!!!

Did walk in Saturday (the only clinic open on Saturday)
Referred here because some locations can’t do rapid drug test urine, only Cheyenne, Siena heights and Charleston can do.
Saturday 0700 check in and it’s PACKED, check in with the kiosk and wait. Took 45 min to get called for paperwork, then 15 min to do the test. 0800 out the door with walk in which isn’t bad considering the crowd, if you can stick it out you can do it. Good luck.

Had an extremely disappointing experience with LabCorp.
This place is a mess—completely disorganized with no proper record-keeping of appointments, even though they are sending (accurate) automated messages.
Even managed to lose my medical information.
The reception staff is rude and unprofessional.
Not the kind of place where anyone should feel safe getting blood work or any medical procedures done.
