I waited 2.5 hours just for basic blood draw. I checked in at 10:50am and wasn’t seen until 1:30pm. When I went to the counter to inquire at 1pm the person at the counter told me they were still working through 10:30am and 11am appointments. When I finally got called in, the phlebotomist was great!
