September 19, 2024. Came in near closing time. Had a bag bigs from shopping. So I decide to just go in fast and find what I needed to I can get out of there and have the workers go home on time but noooooooo I was stopped and asked to have my bag checked. It took a few minutes and I asked the worker if they were done since they took their time looking through my items and seen was nothing was stolen. I asked was I good to search for what I needed. The worker says fine. All of a sudden security started yelling at me, closing!!! So of course I got loud and screamed that I was told since my time was taken I can browse quickly for what I needed. Never in my life had I experienced anything like this. With the amount I spend here you would think they would accommodate since they stole my time not the other around.
For that reason I will no longer shop at this location. You could’ve checked the cameras instead of wasting my time and then try to rush me out. I will only shop at the north premium even though I always get ignored there, at least I won’t get accused of stealing.
Had they check the camera they would see I didn’t steal, that just told me they don’t have working cameras. Pitiful security. I gave a feeling of racial profiling

Good offers but not very courteous staff.
One cabin available because they store boxes in the others. As a result, the seller asks us to hurry or queue again to access it. This is shameful for a premium clothing brand such as Lacoste.

A very bad experience, the store manager named YAZ un professional and has clear issue with people especially different nationalities. I would call lacoste management team, its very dangerous to have such kind of sales people facing customer.

I went to ask if i can exchange a shirt that i bought accidentally i picked the wrong size. Apparently i can't find my receipt so i ask one of the sales person if she can look at their computer that said purchase since each time i buy stuff from that store they will ask for your email address. The sales person stated it's not showing in their computer that item except for the 3 items i bought online. Then all of a sudden she claimed she's the manager blurted out it's a store policy to have a receipt and accused me " who knows if you stole it ". I was never been humiliated in my life accused of stealing a shirt that's less than a $100 worth.
