My son, Frank, is a student here, and we couldn’t be happier. The student body is amazing—so talented, driven, and supportive of each other. It’s inspiring to see how much they grow and thrive in this environment.
Principal Koepp is both understanding and highly effective. She truly listens to parents and students and creates a positive, nurturing atmosphere where creativity and academic excellence flourish. We’re incredibly grateful for our son to be part of this fantastic school. Highly recommend!

I was young when attending so I can't say my review will be 100% accurate, but from what I remember apart from day to day school life, LVA pretty much follows the same guidelines as most other high-schools in Las Vegas, at the time I just had some issues with the staff and students revolving around false accusations, I ended up getting expelled at one point because the school teamed up with police to investigate me based on nothing but a false accusation and a history of previous suspensions, I felt extremely targeted by the dean and several other students who's words were constantly trusted more than mine, I assume because the students parents had some corrupt relationship with the school, or maybe because the student constantly brought other students to support their cause. Just know that if you get into this school and you don't play the victim or minority card, you will be targeted by people who have issues with their pride and ego. Truly a drama school.

I attended my grandaughter Hailey O'Halloran's graduation ceremony this evening. She is a budding world class artist. Her work is amazing. I was so impressed and enthralled by the professional quality of the student orchestra and chorus. The entire ceremony was outstanding beginning to end. Excelsior!

The school is an excellent place to make friends and show off your talent. It offers all kind of arts you will enjoy mixed with academic. I highly recommend you to apply there

My daughter has been going here for 3 years for Mariachi, overall I would not recommend. Multiple times have I reached out to their assistant principal about the problems of this school. Nothing was done about it. For three years my daughter has been harassed by multiple of her classmates and I reached out to their administrator about it but all she told me was that she already talked to them about the situation. Every time and it kept getting worse. I tried pulling my daughter out but she did not want to. My daughter was also out for 3 months due to a hospital emergency and her math teacher would not excuse her from any work but wouldn’t let her make up anything either. Super frustrating this school. Not to mention they get mad at my daughter for little things like not having an id or her shirt lifting a little but they’re willing to throw harassment under the bus with a slap on the wrist. Do not send your child to this school in under and circumstance. Arts is amazing but everything else feels like torture. Very disappointed.
