Continual lies, deception, and excuses. Pick up date for a small shipment end of October. It's beginning of March and still no delivery date. Called to confirm delivery two hours after initial phone call and was told the supervisor has gone home for the day and so my furniture didn't make the truck. Now being assessed a $200 storage fee because of their inability and incompetence to move my belongings. Among the excuses: driver testing, driver willingness, driver availability, truck sanitization, and my favorite: blizzards. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. they will continually lie, not return phone calls, and make excuses then sock you with unexpected charges.

My elderly mother-in-law needed to be moved from Salt Lake City to Atlanta. Executive Moving & Storage was sub-contracted by a lead-in site. Had we known this was the company, we would have looked them up... and said no.This move was a DISASTER from minute one. The movers showed up, and presented her with a bill to sign, which was nearly DOUBLE what we were quoted. The movers bullied her into signing it, under threat of leaving, if she did not. We had paid extra for the movers to help pack items (which was not much, since everything was mostly packed, and in a shed). The movers complained and griped that they aren't paid to pack her 's**t'... a word they used quite often to describe the items they were moving. And then the trouble really began...We were told the items would arrive in about 14 days (and have the papers saying that). When 14 days passed without any contact at all, we called and were told it's 21 days, not 14. When 21 days passed with no contact, we contacted again, and the extremely rude lady told us that they would let us know when it was going to arrive. This continued for nearly 5 MONTHS!During all those weeks, we were told a variety of things, such as that the items were in storage in AZ... that they were already in Atlanta and would be delivered soon, and my favorite..... they didn't know where the items were. Mix in a few rude blow-offs as well. Finally after nearly 5 months, and double the quoted cost, they set up a delivery. When the items arrived, there were MANY damaged or destroyed items... broken pictures with glass everywhere, broken chairs, and tables.... and many items missing. They also delivered items that did not belong to us. When we informed them of this, we were told that if they had our sticker, they are our items. Those items are still in our garage and they have refused to take them back, or find who they actually belong to.Overall, these guys get -700,000 stars, and should be avoided at all cost

I scheduled a delivery from this company back in mid August 2020 and I have still not received my belongings, 5 months later. I highly DO NOT recommend using this company.I originally booked thru Tierney Van Lines to organize shipment of my belongings that were stored at a friend's house in Prescott, AZ to be delivered to my current residence in Long Island, NY. They in turn, organized this service to be completed by Executive Moving Company. Their estimated delivery time was 21-28 business days because it was a cross country trip and I figured it may take a little longer with the current pandemic going on. They promptly picked up my stuff in Arizona from my friend's home, I paid the delivery person IN FULL via credit card so all they had to do was deliver my belongings to my family's home in Long Island with my dad waiting for them.Mid-September, I still had yet to receive any call about a delivery day. But I recognized the current pandemic and anticipated it would be soon. The next month in October, I followed up with Tierney Van Lines because I hadn't heard from anyone about delivery and they gave me Executive customer service's direct number to call, they had also informed me that their representative had reached out and told them that delivery would be next week. The next week came and went.In November, I continue to follow up with both Tierney Van Lines and Executive. The week before Thanksgiving, I spoke with a representative from Executive and they specifically told me "delivery next week," which would be the week of Thanksgiving. That week came and went as well, I did not hear from anyone. No follow up. No update. In December, I reached out again with Executive and now they tell me that I had "insufficient funds." I ask how could this be since I PAID IN FULL ON PICK UP (as evidenced by my credit card statement) and they tell me they will follow up. They finally get back to me a day or two later and claim that the delivery person had tried to deliver but "could not get a hold of anyone," and my stuff was now in storage and I had to front the fees for that. My father and I were both the primary numbers to contact for delivery and we do not have any missed calls or voicemails from anyone claiming to be from Executive to complete this delivery. Executive still cannot provide any concrete evidence that they attempted this despite me asking multiple times thru customer service, they just claim "the delivery guy tried" and that I owe them more money and will contact me again with a price once their delivery person gets back to me. That was in mid-December.Now it is January 2021, a new year. I have yet to hear back from Executive with an update. I still do not have my belongings that I paid them in full to deliver to me within 28 business days from back in August. I reach out again to them and they again say they need to get a hold of their dispatch team to get more information. We play phone tag for 2-3 weeks, I have to initiate 90% of these calls because no one seems to follow up after promising they'd call me back within 1-2 days. I'm finally told that they can plan for "redelivery" (even though they had never attempted to deliver in the first place - they still cannot provide me with concrete evidence that my dad or my cell phone was ever called in the first place to attempt to deliver, no voicemails recorded) and that I now owe an ADDITIONAL $700 for "redelivery and storage fees."So basically, I paid them $1200 in full back in August 2020 to deliver my belongings across country. It's now been 5 months and I've been told my stuff has been sitting in a warehouse in New Jersey because they "attempted to deliver" without giving me any evidence that they actually did. No representative from customer service at Executive ever tried to reach out to me about this, or even updated me on the whereabouts of my belongings, despite me calling them endlessly. And now they are extorting me for more money to "redeli
