Misleading ad on offer up.. selling an I phone 11 for $80.. the ad says, but that is only a down payment.. fraudulent advertising.. very bad biz practice.. I called and was told it says in the ad about the 80 bucks being a down payment, but it does not.. it says only "call for more info".. these businesses should be banned from ofer up..

I had my first experience with Las Vegas Wireless and Repair. My daughters phone needed a new battery and they absolutely came through. Lyssa and Valeria were two of the lovliest ladies a business could ever have.
They were professional, knowledgeable, insightful, upfront, helpful, honest, delicate and hard-working. Their interaction with me was superb and I noticed their interaction with other clients as their customer service skills were astounding.
Since moving here to Las Vegas, I have found plenty of businesses that have charged an arm and a leg, came off as shady and were looking to serve themselves. I did not get this from Lyssa or Valeria.
They came off as genuine, honest women who are looking to use their expertise to help people with their electrical device needs. They were a true blessing and a breath of fresh air as it pertains to Las Vegas business'. Many companies should take a page out of their book. They could teach a class on customer service.
May these ladies continue to flourish in their business practices, and may their cup overflow with blessings as they bring a little more positive influence to this world that so desperately needs people like Lyssa and Valeria to showcase what helping others really looks like.
Keep on being an answered prayer ladies.

I stopped by LVWR about a week ago with my two daughters. We we’re greeted by a young lady with a friendly face😍 She quickly addressed how our issue could be fixed, we were told to come back in an hour, but in actuality she was able to fix my issue in about 10-15 minutes which was great👍😀There was another young lady with an equally friendly face who helped us as well. The entire experience was superb!🤩Thank you both for a fantastic experience!❤️

Not recommended..
I leave my experience with them so that they can prevent what happened to me.
The first time I took it, they charged me $65 dollars... just for opening it and telling me that they couldn't fix it, that they have to send it to California to repair it and that I have to pay $45 dollars for shipping... and that in approximately 10 days it will be They repaired... 15 days passed and they told me two more days. Another week and two more days....
30 days passed and they didn't repair it.
And when they delivered it to me it was open, dirty and without screws in the internal components...
Much trouble with this establishment... better go to bonanza and lamb.....
And since there is no option to reply to the message in your response...
I just want to say THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND GOOD AT STEALING.. THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME AND MY MONEY.. I'M GOING TO TAKE MY CELL PHONE TO GUADALAJARA TO BE REPAIRED AND I HOPE THERE'S NO PARTS STOLEN FROM ME...
