Excellent store experience.I recently visited Le Lambo at Wynn and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the staff. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, making my shopping experience enjoyable, fast, easy and efficient. Thank you, Lidia and Isaiah. And another gentleman who gave me a Matcha sample to try for myself. Thank you!!!
The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They went out of their way to assist me in finding exactly what I needed, providing recommendations that perfectly suited my preferences. I was particularly impressed with their professionalism and patience, ensuring that all my questions were answered. I was very rude and on the phone on a business call and they were still very patient with me throughout my rudeness. While I was in a meeting on a phone. I know very rude but I was pressed on time.
The checkout process was smooth and quick, with the cashier being both friendly and efficient. I left the store feeling satisfied with my purchases and appreciated the overall pleasant atmosphere. They helped me wrap it and gave me a card and a pen to fill it out. I picked up a discovery set with a gift card to allow my daughter pick her signature sent that way. Makes a great gift.
I highly recommend this Le Lambo to anyone. I will definitely be returning for future shopping needs. Thank you to the team for making my visit a positive experience!

I went in to check the store out. All I tried of their products was hand soap. I was surprised that they had perfumes so I tried two of their most popular ones. I wasn’t ready to buy so I asked for a sample and I was shocked when I was told that they charge $7 for a tiny sample. How cheap!!! I liked one of the scents so I paid the $7

A great friend suggested I purchase Le Labo basil scented hand cream so I entered Le Labo not knowing what to expect. I am extremely picky about scents and readily shy away from anything too sweet. I was greeted by Isaiah, whose enthusiasm and knowledge about the products quickly won me over. Not only did I love the fragrance of the hand cream and the fact that it was not at all sticky or greasy, but I ended up with face scrub and woodsy Hinoki shower gel. Great product and shopping experience.

I've heard about le labo and have been wanting to purchase a new fragrance for quite sometime. I never go to strip but finally had to go to the Wynn for a friends birthday and decided to stop by. Isaiah greeted my friends and I and was so helpful from the start! I was pretty clueless and he guided me in the right direction! Good conversation and an overall fun experience! Thanks again Isaiah!

Such a unique shopping experience. I stopped by because my hotel shampoo and body wash were subpar. I left addicted to the brand. The store front is beautiful and staff here are so pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. Especially Gary. Yes, the products are on the pricier side. But every scent I’ve tested smells wonderful and the value is in the quality. I’ve bought Another 13, Bigarade 18, and Vanille 44 from this location. As well as many of the different body products. Have since bought Gaiac 10 and Bergamot 22. Will keep stopping by whenever I am in town.

On vacation a few weeks back and stopped by to browse for a new fragrance. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helped me with my selection Bergamote 22. I'm very happy with the selection!
