Cindy honestly almost made me cry! She’s right inside Macy’s and is unreal she fixed my glasses in two minutes flat!! I can’t believe how great she is. I’m gunna always come to this lens crafters now! And ask for her:) the downtown summerlin store by the way!

This place is so great! A few months ago they helped me get new lenses for my favorite frames. And today I just popped in to have them fix a broken nose pad on my sunglasses and tighten the screws on my eyeglasses. They did both in mere minutes and totally for free, with a smile on their faces. This place is a class act and I’ll never go anywhere else for optical.

A fantastic experience all around. I just purchased 2 frames that I love. I was helped by Iskander who went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact frames I was looking for. He took his time, I didn’t feel rushed. Would recommend going to this location to everyone. I will be going back in the future!!
