Gave me two separate prescriptions, a new stronger one for eyeglasses and my exact old prescription for contacts and unfortunately I didn't realize until after I got home and started using the testers. When I communicated that I'm not happy that I was given my old prescription and this weird mix up I was offered more trials of my old prescription... that I can't see out of and now I have to make another appointment for a re-check.update: for my re-check, the Dr offered to just rewrite the eyeglasses prescription for my contacts, and then wrote two prescriptions that are also different and don't match any from my previous appointment here. I am never setting foot in this circus of a place ever again I'm just gonna buy the slightly wrong contacts on 1800contacts

Easy scheduling, great service. This is simply one of the best experiences I have had. The staff are friendly and always smiling. The doctors listen and everyone is so helpful to make the appointment a pleasant experience.

I had a contact lens exam at this location. The doctor wanted me to try a stronger prescription. He said that he would order me a sample. If I didn't like them, then he would give me my previous prescription. He ordered the sample and it took approximately 3 weeks for them to come in. I was called and told they were in, so I went in 2 days later to pick them up. I wore them for a week and they gave me the most horrible headaches and I cannot see with them, as they are too strong. I called Lenscrafters and I was told that the doctor didn't swap out prescriptions. I told her that the doctor gave me that option and she said he didn't. I told her that I'd like to speak with the doctor and she refused to let me speak with him. I called back every other day and asked and was denied continuously, until someone else finally answered the phone. I explained the situation and the different person said she would speak to the doctor and call me right back. She said the doctor said it was okay and I could come by the next day to pick it up. The next day, person #1 was back and gave me the first prescription that gave me headaches. I called right away and she said that the doctor was out of town and wouldn't be back until the following week and nothing could be done. A week went by, and she called and said that the doctor is denying my request. I asked to speak with the doctor and she refused to let me speak with him. I do not know why this employee is keeping me from getting the prescription that I need. It's bizarre. I have asked over and over to speak with the doctor and she won't let me. She said the doctor does not speak to patients. I told her that I do not want to discuss my medical concerns with her and she said that's too bad, that she's the only one that I can talk to, yet, she continuously hangs up on me. The frustration is beyond belief. I can't see and I constantly have a headache. This is the most bizarre thing I have ever experienced. I hope the doctor sees this so he knows how the person at the front desk treats his patients and will hopefully return my call. All I want is my prescription. I'd also like to add that this woman who answers the phones also violated HIPAA.

Everytime I choose to go to a LensCrafters I always choose this specific location because they serve me the best experience every time I go! They make me feel very welcomed, answers all my questions and concerns, and even give great suggestions! Amazing team, amazing location, amazing store altogether!

I went to the LensCrafters today on Maryland Parkway. I had a very favorable experience. The eye doctor was very friendly and very informative and I chose a really cool pair of glasses after my exam and it was at a fair price.

Doctor at this location gave me 3 different prescriptions. Guess she couldn’t figure out which one I have. She also did it so that I wouldn’t get to speak with her instead just picked it up at front desk. Pretty disappointing experience. Will have to pay out of pocket at a different doctor for a new prescription.

I noticed prescription was quite different than my typical prescription after an exam so I asked to recheck but doc said try it and he will re-examine if it doesn’t work out, it didn’t work out but 30 day window had past , now I got unusable glasses that I paid $430 copay.

From start to finish, this was one of the best eyeglass experiences I have ever had. I was able to get exactly what I needed and fixed an existing problem with my old lenses and contacts!

Had great experience getting my eyes checked by the doctor. Staff for Lens Crafters never interduced themselves when picking out eye wear or calling to pick up Prescription.
