Yaya and Richard were fantastic and amazingly helpful. I thought I found what I was looking for, but ending up changing my mind after a few hours. I came back to exchange and Richard managed to find the jacket I truly wanted in my size in the back and Yaya handled my refund while still ensuring I received the promotional offer. I wanted a better going-out jacket and they were exactly who I needed!

Jasmin was incredible! She offered phenomenal personal customer service to us and everyone she was helping. While she was one of the few on the floor, each party was treated as if we were super important and we left with perfect fitting pants!
