No ? Star's ....You can't rate 3 locations belonging to Manuel ...""Flamingo & Boulder"""when the employee's don't take the yearly updated training Classes CRUCIAL for Preparing your taxes. And it's required by law to work under an Adequate, Current, UP to date license!!
