Customer service is trash!!! I literally walked in. There said hello, approached the counter and said that I’d like to make an exchange there was someone behind the counter directly in front of me someone to my right and someone behind me. They were all employees. They literally all stood there and said do you guys work here They say yeah we all do I said what can I get some help? Let’s not all jump to do our jobs at once. It was the most uncomfortable shopping experience they will not ever get my business or support again well, not that location in the Meadows mall upstairs, and the young lady that was just casually leaning against the counter her demeanor and her facial expressions were so uncomfortable and rude. I wish I had her name, but I don’t.

I visited the states for two weeks. Not once did I have a bad encounter as I had at this lids. Everyone was extremely friendly except for one guy. He got mad at me for throwing out my empty drink cup in the trash of the store. He wouldn’t give me the price of the hats that the hats had stickers on and the other worker confirmed, because he just got in and forgot to tell his employees to change the price. This guy was the biggest disappointment and disrespectful jerk ever. I had Three customers follow me out complaining to me about him. What a total nightmare and an embarrassment to the store. The poor other employees looked embarrassed to be near this guy.

Worst place to shop, I arrived at 7:40 and it was closed already, I kept knocking on the door and nobody cared that I was there standing. I definitely don't recommend going! 😡

Employees are terrible!! Will yell at you to move when you're trying to look or pick your child up and then when you try to defend yourself will cuss at you and chase you out of the store cussing and calling you more names on the street. Definitely don't suggest anyone shop here especially with children at least not till they hire better staff.
