Customer service was horrible. Purchased a hat and wanted 3 letters Waited over a hour to be told they could not embroider my hat (left white holes due to the machines )I was very upset . Then told me to wait some more time while someone goes to grab another from another store . Made no sense. Don’t bother spending your money here .

So I am up to this location. It was the first time I've been there it's just opened and I wanted to look and see what kind of stuff they have and I found a hat that I really liked so I ended up getting that but then I also saw that they had jerseys and I wanted to get a jersey so when I went to go ask the guys staying in their home Person you do because there's several of them here but I want without a name on it and so he took one down and looked at it and said oh this is in the right size that you're looking for and then just sit there and then I was like well. I need to look at the other ones up here, and I clearly could not reach them on the top shelf and head then put up the jersey. I want to come down and then proceeded to walk away, so I'm not sure anything suggestions or anything so then when I went to check out that I was really kind of hesitant to buy the hat, but it was a good deal so I ended up getting it, but he asked me if there was anything else that I needed if I needed if I found everything I needed. I just looked at him and was like no and then I have a reason, how many certain probably won't go to the location anymore

Kids is cool hit this location is made by the workers. 12/19/2021 we went in and there was only one employee and she was hustling. We got a custom hat embroidered and she quoted 20 min and it was done at that time. Workers make the business and this location has a good one!

This is a nice outside shopping center. Although there's plenty of decent restaurants here to choose from, I'm usually here only to catch a movie at the AMC movie theater. The layout of the shops is easy to figure out and there's plenty of parking. It's also just far enough from the Strip so that it doesn't get too crazy busy with traffic.

Nice little outdoor mall. Has a very friendly and kick back vibe. There is little playground for the little ones while you sip on your coffee. I like their variety of store. I especially love how there is a movie theater there.

Very nice open-air shopping center In our area back home I would compare this to The Fountains (in Roseville) or the Palladio (in Folsom). Been here one other time over 7 years ago (2012) when we met friends for lunch at CPK. The buildings have a beautiful contemporary architectural styles. It's a one stop place for shopping, dining and entertainment including an AMC theater. From entrance of S Las Vegas Blvd you will immediately see huge stores of the Container Store, ULTA and Whole Foods. In the courtyard is a play area for children and little food stands. On our last day in Vegas I was particularly looking for chocolates to bring home and found Ethel M. I suppose I could've gotten these at the airport but it's much more pleasant to stroll about the shopping center. Plenty of parking but inside is metered? They have parking meters sprinkled around the shopping area which are usually directly in front of shops and restaurants. Why? I don't think it's nice to penalize people for shopping and spending money there. Anyway, I'm not sure how much the meters cost but we parked outside where it's free. Enjoy shops such as Hollister, Bath & Body Works, Apple, H&M, Old Navy, Sephora... and lots of stores unfamiliar to me. You wouldn't run out of food options here too. Plenty of choices. Review #1648

If I could give negative stars I would! I tried booking to see Santa for days nothing's available I called town square Las Vegas and they said doing walking ins to come down. Got my kids completely ready and there was no line doors locked I knocked the lady opened doors and said only reservation. Also there was not one person in line for a reservation! The fact no line and turning ppl away so lazy & unprofessional. And the lady was extremely rude said that's on town square not them for telling me walk ins were available We have done are photos here 3 years in a row won't be returning after this experience

I took my family to get photos with Santa and it could have been a way better experience. So, the center is under renovation, but they have a really cute area on the lawn for kids to play while you wait to see Santa. There's a variety of games for them to play and a huge tree for awesome photo ops. Also, there's all kinds of snacks and stuff around the entire shopping complex. Now, when it came time to meet Santa, I made the reservation online for $20 - which could be used on a purchase. We got there fairly early and I checked with the host who told me to see her at 12:35 (my reservation was for 12:45) and she would put me in line in the correct order. We waited in line for about 15 minutes and then another family came up and got in front of us. The problem is that their reservation was for 12:55, so they got to take their photos with Santa early and we were late. Whatever. No big deal. The staff was excellent and kind. They got great photos of my 4 kids and everyone was happy. *note: I have a fussy toddler and they managed to catch his attention with a light up tambourine. He didn't cry! Winning!!* After we took the photos, we chose the 2 photos we liked the most and got prints for $8-something (with the $20 credit). We totally chose 2 different photos, but they printed out 2 of the same photos and ushered us out because the next family was coming in. All in all, it wasn't that bad, but the little details that were missed/skipped kinda sucked. I don't even knOw who to talk to about getting the photo replaced. I'll probably skip Town Square next year and give Ethel M a try.

Great pet friendly outdoor mall. In addition to plenty of retail stores there is a movie theater, Whole Foods, Total Wine and numerous restaurants. A place the whole family can enjoy.

By far my fav shopping/meet up/hang out destination. Ample parking, cleanliness (compared to other malls), events all year long, various shops & eating selections, are what keeps us coming back. There's literally something here for everyone. So why the four star you say? Well, we do miss the play area for the kids and my children are sad that they only have the fake grass area to play on as they are renovating that area. I would have left it at 5 stars because it is being renovated and will surely have a better play area in the future, but the safety of the temporary area could be a bit better. I would suggest maybe at least certain parts of the temporary play area being fenced in? Nothing too fancy. Those playpen gates would suffice. But for example, the small little "toddlers" padded area could have an enclosed gate of some sort. I say this because some older kids will accidentally bump into the babies and I cringe every time. I do love the book sections! Awesome idea and thank you! It's nice that my children have the option to read when they feel like just reading. If you haven't seen or notice them yet... go take a look, they have a book shelf where you can read the books and then simply return it when you're done. Honesty is key so please don't take the books y'all. Don't deprive other children of an amazing experience.
